Visun Royal Yacht Hotel recensioner

Pool was dirty and unappealing, All bars were closed, including the pool bar. No nightly live music, even though it was advertised. Many lights were out. The rear entrance was dark and littered with cigarette butts Indoors. Fountains around the hotel were empty. It's clear this hotel was lovely at some time in the past, but we could not recommend it in its current state. I was surprised that Trip had it as a 4.5. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel. Location is OK. However, the hotel and its surrounding area is like a dead town. There is a poster in the lift promoting buffet dinner and the lift button also have a SPA located at the ground floor. However, the restaurant that serve dinner and the SPA are all permanently closed. Almost 80-90% of shops around the hotel are also closed .

I had a lovely time staying here. The view from my balcony was amazing. My room overlooked the ocean , it was so full of life and excitement. I could see the ships, yachts and all the water sports. In the night the view was even more spectacular with all the buildings being lit with colorful lights. The room was really spacious, but a little older and a slight smell but as soon as the room was opened it was fine.I especially loved the his and hers bathroom sinks. The cleaner cleaned the room every day and changed towels etc. The breakfast is good, could use a little more western options but it is in no way lacking. The staff are really helpful and kind. They helped set up my friends birthday surprise in her bedroom . The pool has a great view, nice place to chill at night. The only issue I had here is that there were no umbrellas available during the day to cover the pool chairs.

酒店性價比很高房間超級大，小朝 小董 小鄭服務還不錯 酒店設施稍微有點老舊不過對得起這個價格，衹要不是對設施有極致要求的就可以無腦沖

前台服務員小鄭，小董，小美都服務態度特別好！我住的酒店房間陽台正對遊艇碼頭，河水清澈，遊艇不時從河灣駛過。對面就是鹿回頭山巒。房間很大，整潔乾淨！體驗非常好！

超五星好評！特別要給前台小董點一萬個贊👍！從辦理入住時，小董就熱情滿滿，還貼心幫我升級了房間，給旅途帶來超大驚喜！入住後發現房間裏精心準備的新鮮水果，細節之處盡顯用心～ 每次在酒店碰到她，她都會主動熱情打招呼，總能第一時間響應，有求必應！這種被重視的感覺太棒了！服務專業又温暖，下次來三亞一定還住這裏！

和兄弟結伴出行，原本預訂了3間雙床房。入住後發現房間樓層較低，且沒有陽台，未能充分感受酒店的魅力。第二天前往前台時，幸運遇到了熱情的小董。得知我們的需求後，她迅速協調，為我們升級到採光極佳的高樓層房間。小董的服務細緻入微，不僅貼心調整房間，還主動介紹酒店的特色福利——睡前牛奶和足浴包，而且全部免費提供！我們每天出海遊玩，晚上回到酒店，享受這些貼心服務，身心都得到了極大放鬆，體驗感直網上升，真的太讚了！

三亞首選酒店，房間真的很大很大，價格還特別實惠，灣景房還有個很大的鏡子特別適合女孩子拍照，樓下就是遊艇碼頭，景色也超級美，酒店就在市區出行很方便。特別表揚一下志莊跟露露，有什麼問題都可以解決的很到位，還非常有耐心介紹周邊好吃的美食，好玩的地方，服務真的太好了，下次還要入住這家酒店
