My partner and I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Banyan Tree Sanya! From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was seamless. The staff were not just friendly; they were incredibly helpful and radiated kindness, making us feel right at home. This place was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Every day from 5:30 to 6:30, we enjoyed sipping drinks and snacking on fresh fruit at the beach bar while watching the sunset paint the sky in mesmerizing colours. It was pure bliss! Plus, the variety of water activities and the open-air beach bungalows added to the relaxation. Just a tip: those bungalows go fast, so make sure to snag one early if you plan to lounge in the sun all day! The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, loaded with delicious options served from 6:30 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon. No need to rush! And the convenience factor is off the charts with a buggy service ready to whisk you from your villa to the beach bar, lobby, restaurant, and more. Our villa was nothing short of stunning and impeccably clean. Every evening, the staff turned down the bed and left a delightful little gift, which added a charming touch to our stay. And to top it all off, they surprised us with a birthday cake for my partner—such a sweet, thoughtful gesture! We truly had the time of our lives, and I can’t recommend Banyan Tree Sanya enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Banyan tree. Breakfast was delicious and our villa with the private pool was spectacular. The only suggestion I have is to have more staffs stand by at the entrance/reception area. When our taxi arrived, no one was there to greet us nor helped us take our luggage from the trunk. It was the same case for departing. No one was there again to load out luggage to our taxi. Other than this, it was a lovely experience and will recommend to others.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel for my 30th wedding anniversary and it was a fantastic choice! Pool villa was very clean and quiet and the food at the restaurant and beach bar were all very nice. I hired photographer to shoot us and the result was very good. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others and I’d love to come back here again.

Good location, big private pool. Service is okay but not at the same level as major tier 1 cities.

Service exceeded my expectations in so many ways. It is the best service I have ever received in a hotel. We started with an unexpected upgrade, experienced the wonderful private pool and ended with a late checkout. One example of the amazing hospitality is that when we asked if there were lights in the pool at night, they set up additional lights. I am now planning my next trip back.

Great Place to Stay, During my visit I had the honor to meet the General Manager, who was a great person to talk to and a very caring person with a great personality, knowledge, and a good sense of humor. Especially nice for me as a single traveler. The property is a great choice and I can only recommend it to anyone who wants something special and not the usual same you find everywhere else on the island.

Beautiful hotel, Villa facilities are fantastic! Private pool in villla is kept clean with water at a perfect temperature. Food orders delivered to room by shuttles service which also provides fast movement around the property. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Clean beach with comfortable pergolas.

Banyan Tree, my home away from home ❤️ This was one of our best trips all because of the incredible facilities and services that Banyan Tree offers. You are treated like royalty from the moment you enter the grounds till even after we left. We forgot 2 items in our villa and the amazing ladies have shipped it back to us. The ladies at the front desk were amazing the buggy drivers were so helpful and the spa was incredible!!! We didn’t get everyone’s names but Acco on reception, Summer and Anna in the spa were some of the kindest hosts. Every staff member we interacted with, was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall Banyan Tree is a 12/10. The hotel wins for us in all the small details like our welcome gifts, fresh fruit daily, daily pool cleaning and fresh towels and robes. The one and only feeling I have that isn’t 100% positive is the food prices at the hotel. Just be prepared for expensive food, especially if you want steak.

The location is lovely - ocean on one side and mountains on the other side. Landscaping is beautiful. Our villa was very private with the vegetation. Listening to the birds and seeing butterflies made the experience even better. Mia (reception) was available whenever we had questions/concerns. She was very professional and kind. Whenever we had food delivered, the delivery personnel was always efficient. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. The spa was enjoyed by my daughter. She had a scrub and a water treatment which she loved. That's why the Banyan Tree is well-known for their lovely spa treatments. The personnel was great. However, they took away the foot treatment which was disappointing. Consider bringing it back. When checking out, Hickey's friendliness and humor ended our experience at the Banyan Tree on a nice note. I wish I had known the villa pool wasn't heated. Though the temperature was nice in December, it was too cold to swim in an unheated pool. The resort's main pool was available though. The outside tub didn't have working lights which prevented a better experience from happening. More care in the maintenance of the villa might be an idea. For example, our pool umbrella had rips in it and the patio pillows were stained. That's an easy fix. Breakfast was nice in the selection of food. I'm not quite sure how to describe the experience at the restaurant. It was assumed that we couldn't speak Chinese (a natural thought since we are foreigners). When my daughter (fluent Chinese-speaker) spoke Chinese, she was conversing nicely with one female server when all of a sudden another one tapped her on the arm to stop when she proceeded to speak to us in English. I'm not sure if she wanted to practice her English or thought my daughter's Chinese was bad. It was an odd experience. The most bizarre thing was when one of the cooks (Louis Gao) acted as a personal butler for a foreign guest. It was disturbing to the rest of us guests in how the foreigner was getting special treatment... even having salt and pepper put into separate dishes. (Salt and pepper shakers were on his table.) The chef was excluding the rest of the resort guests. Why was this foreign man favored? What made him so special? All of us, other foreign guests and Chinese guests, looked at the "show" with a feeling of disappointment. Please treat us all with the same courtesy.

A relaxing vacation even in high season time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The resort has a lot of nature with wonderful old trees. In the amazing pool area it feels like swimming in a tropical river. The Thai food in the restaurant is very fresh and light. The BBQ at the beach was fantastic and very delicious. Overall a relaxing and peaceful stay

三亞悦榕莊入住體驗感太好了，超出了自己的預期，景區太nice了，服務熱情周到，推開自己的院門就可以看到大海沙灘，這裡有最美的夕陽和晚霞哦。酒店的早餐也是超棒，中餐廳的菜品也不錯，推薦文昌雞，一定要試一下。在這裏住了三天，非常滿意，尤其要特別感謝酒店前台的“Lily”，幫我們升級了“漂浮下午茶”，還幫我們申請了延遲退房服務，好貼心好温暖，超級感動！我真的很喜歡這裏，讓我體會到像家庭一樣的温暖，強烈推薦！
