Great experience at The Pullman Oceanview hotel, very tranquil. Staff were very helpful and we were assigned an English speaking manager via WeChat to assist with queries. Cleanliness was great and food options exceptional for Western travellers. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall was very satiated with my stay at this hotel. The sea view was awesome and the hotel staff are very friendly. Credits to their customer relationship manager- Nicky whom always provide helpful information during my stay and provided recommendation on activities around sanya bay. There is also a pathway connecting the hotel to the beach which provided direct and easy access. The hotel breakfast was great as it has a huge variety of food. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed 4 nights here to enjoy my relaxing vacation. Location nearby phoenix Airport. I love the intelligent design of the lobby that gets the natural air from the sea. I got a free upgrade to Seaview room that has a beautiful and relaxable view. I would like to say thank you to the customer relationship manager Nicky, who has professional customer service skills. Everything about the ways that he takes care of the customer is perfection. BRAVO 👏 Nicky, who is part of the successful of the hotel. Breakfast is okay 7/10. I recommend the spa of this hotel 8/10. Staff are friendly and helpful, but not all of them. Someone will let you feel that I talk or do something wrong because they do not have any emotion show on their faces, but I think it might be I speak Chinese, LOL. Chinese food is 👍 room service, which is really quick and yummy. They still have the night seafood BBQ. The Chinese restaurant that I recommend to try. Free shuttle bus to Cdf duty fee. Check-in and check out processing are easy and quick. Thank you once again, Nicky, for preparing a take a way breakfast in my early check-out day. Recommend and will come back with my family. Pullman bed and pillow are the best.

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel in the beginning of March, and we loved our stay! We want to share special thanks to Maria, she was the sweetest and the kindest manager we ever interacted with. The staff was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, we really enjoyed the variety of traditional Chinese food. The pool facilities were also very pleasant: the heated pool was great!

I had a lot of thoughts about my accommodation when I went to Hainan this time, but I don't regret choosing Pullman. One of the staff, Nicky, helped me without any inconveniences during the check-in and check-out, so I was able to stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I could order food from Breezebar to the pool, and the BBQ was delicious. If I go again, I will visit Nicky again, and I will choose Pullman.

Very kid friendly hotel, big compound, super convenient as there is a direct access to the beach via an underpass specially for hotel guests. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel seems a little old but still pretty well kept, isnt a big problem for me. The only thing is the traffic outside the hotel, the main connecting road to a lot of sites, hence it is often jammed, nothing we could do about this though. Spa service was so-so, would expect better services for Pullman standards.

Our hotel stay was comfortable and it was made extra special by the birthday cake that our hostess Maria organized for my birthday. The breakfast was ok. The only let down was the New Year’s Eve count down party, it was too expensive for the kind of entertainment offered. It was boring and lacked the New Eve’s vibe

Excellent hotel with really nice stuff for kids to do. Upgraded our room and staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast can get a little crowded, wonder if dec to feb can be messy. But great hotel.for families with kids.

The hotel is a bit outdated but properly maintained. Staff was trying to be friendly but with very limited English capability. Probably their Russian skills are better since the hotel was crowded with people from Russia. As there was only a limited number of sun beds, people were blocking them already in the early morning - despite only using them later. Hotel staff didn’t really care about it so be prepared not to have a sunbed.

Cannot praise Marie and her colleagues highly enough. Great location, facilities and perfect for our short break!

Amazing hotel, the pool is very unique and the staff is very nice and understands English. We would definitely return!
