Sanya Yalong Bay Shixishu Jianguo Resort Hotel recensioner

The hotel is 10 out of 10. Every time we make a choice in favor of him. This time we booked a two-storey room with a view of the pool. If you want to relax in silence, then you are here. The breakfasts are just fire! I recommend

Lovely stay for 3 days, nothing extra from the hotel just a room to sleep at night. The staff were lovely even though we didn’t speak the same language but tired there best to be accommodating especially Xiaozhao!

It was quite good. Yalong bay is not that impressive haitang or taiyangbay are better

Had a lovely stay at the villa, very private and romantic getaway. Pool and yard were well maintained, cleaning every day, all well done. Great service from the hotel staff, appreciate Aliya for always being available and attentive to our requests. Great stay!

Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable. Third time here. One complaint. In the morning I really had to rush to get back from exercising for breakfast before closing at 10:30. When I walked in at 10:10 staff started cleaning the name tags off buffet etc. The cleaner was even mopping around my feet while I was eating. People come here to have a holiday. I understand the staff have to do their jobs etc but breakfast should be a more peaceful experience. Previously I had the same issue with the breakfast.

So many more positives that I would definitely stay here again - but there are a couple things that could be improved. Here are the good bits: Location: super close to Yalong bay and easy to get Didi to other places Service: rooms cleaned everyday, 24 hour reception, 24 hour resort transport, awesome breakfast, free shuttle bus to beach Cleanliness: all good! Amenities: warm swimming pool with loungers, all the usual things you would expect in the room. Here’s the stuff to improve: Half of the main swimming pool was closed the whole duration - this was not mentioned when booked. The swimming pool is open until 11:00pm which means if you’re in building one, you will hear kids screaming until 11:00pm. The beach bus is super old and broken - the ac doesn’t work and half the time I felt like we were going to break down! Also, there is no service between 11:30 and 14:00. Some areas of the resort/villas are still under construction.

The hotel is nicely designed, however, the rooms and facilities came a bit into the years. During my stay most of the outdoor Swimmingpools were without water. The breakfast place offers a lot of choices!

It was gorgeous

The ambience and atmosphere of the hotel is good, however there was no hot water for showers in the room and the room could use some TLC.

Had the best stay this resort. The room was amazing, bed a bit hard but not a train smash. My room had a great view. I was glad to find food I could eat during breakfast and thanks for being accommodating to foreigners palette. (Breakfast caters for foreigners). The gentleman who helped at the reception was amazing and spoke English. The resort itself is beautiful, great for a morning walk. And it’s close to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest, perfect location.
