Nice villa style hotel. Great amenities and romantic private pool. Good breakfast with plenty of Asian and Western options. Staff is nice and helpful at all times. Good laundry service.

I love the Spanish architect of the hotel. The room is spacious with a unique setting. The lavish garden is maintained so well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good services provided by hotel staff especially the manage in-charge Vivi, always delivering prompt assistance and very considerate. Room is large and clean, although it’s a bit humid since the hotel location is just next to the sea. Good food and amenities as well. Overall experience is good.

Perfect stay for a family of 4, from location, to room amenities from hotel facilities, everything was perfect. Incredible international breakfast, massages at the spa were the best relaxing treats after long days of fun. Outstanding concierge services, with English-speaking and friendly staff that helped me with all I needed, including restaurants and bookings of the aquarium and other activities. I've particularly enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was very close to everything, but way more exclusive and quiet than other luxury hotels around. The swimming pool was perfect and kids had fun renting the sub-robots, with extremely kind and helpful pool staff. Highly recommended, will definitely return.

This is my second time staying at the Resort and it was just as delightful as I remembered it. We love how relaxed, quiet and private this hotel is. It is perfect for a getaway and winding down. We stayed in a room with its own pool and it was amazing.

Always the best experience with JW MARRIOTT well management. We Had a great holiday here. Last year we stay here 10 days because of covid control. Hope it will never happen again. But anyway we are back here, i think the service is the best in HaiTANG wan.

We have enjoyed our stay. Because we wanted to rest and relax in a quite place with the beautiful nature around us. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and quite. The swimming pool is good enough to relax and cool down. There are many options for late breakfast. The arrangement of the sitting process shall be organized better. Nicole from the front desk speak fluent English, she was extremely helpful!!!

I had a great stay in the hotel. But that was truly only possible because of the great high-touch support from Ms Cassie. Originally I was unhappy with the room, and she went out of her way to make sure we were moved to a new room promptly. She also arranged for us to have a better breakfast experience, and checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our stay. It’s this level of service quality that will bring me back to this hotel. It was highly professional and appreciated!

Our trip to Hainan was incredible experience for our family. It could have been troubled so badly due to covid19, we got provided the best service from employees in JW marriot from check-in to airport after check out even. We would like to specially mention thanks to Alex and Cassie who supported and provided best services with warm heart. Both helped in realtime by we chat and support for PCR TEST and ride for hospital even. Thanks to their effort, our family had fantastic memory.
