very old and dirty, swimming pool closed, need renovation, water is cold and not clean, breakfast is average, water park is mostly some part not working.

Hotel location and nice but everything was very old also the kids park, the room service was okay but no cleaning the floors for days! Breakfast was nice. There was a 1 kind stuff Yihe who helped us a lot.

My sons who shared the room had rashes (bed bug bites) on the first night we stayed in the hotel. We reported it immediately so reception has changed the rooms for us. But the next day there was no new rashes but the ones that was already there have inflamed and we had to go to the hospital. I explained to the reception that we were going to hospital and we were going bill the hotel for hospital bill but manager refused to accommodate explaining that bed bugs can be found in grass and the next person who checked in didnot complain. This is when i was furious, not only they didnt do proper inspection to the room but also put the next guest in, when we clearly raised our concern regarding bed bug possibility.

I think it is good 3 star hotel. How does ut become 5 start, i don’t know

The staff didn't help with freezing the baby food.

Due to Covid-19 outbreak in Sanya I extended my stay here. In this difficult situation how different people in this resort is helping me I have no words to say thanks to them. The duty manager “Amber”, the restaurant manager “ Jimmy”, front desk manager from Kapok Tower “Jack” and the front desk manager of our Building “Liu Fengjiao” are continuously assisting me in all matters. Don’t know how long I have to stay more here but I’m very satisfied with their attitude andI highly appreciate their efforts and hard work in making our life easier here.

Really big hotel but old . Friendly staff let us stay in bigger room . Breakfast is average Chinese breakfast. We are here during lockdown… everything is closed 🫠🫠🫠

Lovely big rooms with large balconies. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Free access to the water park and adventure playland great for kids! A shame the grounds are a little run down and still not back to 100% operational.

每年都會入住三亞灣紅樹林棕櫚親子酒店，吃住行一站式配套服務非常的方便，適合家庭式休閑度假。酒店客房很大，佈置很温馨，園區景觀非常的漂亮，給人感覺很舒適。是我們每年來三亞度假必選的酒店。前廳經理Susan熱情周到，每次衹要預訂好房間，都會提聯繫並幫忙安排好房間，入住體驗很棒也推薦入住～～

三亞灣紅樹林度假世界是家酒店羣, 園區很大，公主房三室一廳非常寬敞，很驚喜的是的準備了小朋友和成人的洞洞鞋，小朋友牙具和浴巾，非常温馨。管家Anne非常細心，全程跟進我們入住體驗，隨時聯繫，服務高效。性價比蠻高的，體驗整體很好，酒店內還有水樂園探險王國 商街等等， 不想出門的時候就在酒店裡逛逛，非常 很方便，適合家庭出行

酒店配套設施齊全，性價比高，整體環境很好，交通便利，停車免費，過來看演唱會， 管家Anne服務周到，我根本不需要操心，這個管家，真的是給我把任何事情安排的明明白白！下次會再帶爸媽來，希望還能遇見Anne
