We had a great stay here. The location is perfect and all the hotspots are within walking distance. It’s not fancy but it’s a good enough place to stay. The host was also very welcoming. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning, it didn’t really get cool enough.

Here is my opinion. This is my first time here and the hotel is great for the price. I think it's up to standard, at least for me. I lived in similar apartment - style before, so I can tell you this: do not expect high luxury, but a nice place to stay. You get the towels, toothbrushes, combs, etc, two coffee mugs, but no cutlery. I don't think that's any problem, because you can always buy/take a plastic spoon or fork. Everything seemed clean and working well. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PICTURES SHOW THE ROOM WHEN I WAS LEAVING, so this is not authentic representation of a check-in room. It's cleaner and nicer. I was on the 26th floor. The sea-view is partial, you have another tall building in front of you, but the view is nice enough, you can have your morning coffee while looking at the sea. The beach is very close, literally five minutes away. All the nice restaurants are just 5 minutes away! (I recommend Dolphin - amazing, but I heard that Brunch is very nice too). Another thing: the owner agreed to let me chek out a lot later, although I had to pay a bit, but not the full price of a day's stay. In any case, I strongly recommend this place if you want a reasonably-priced place in the right location. Enjoy! Important note: you must get in touch with the owner, before you come because the reception is on the 20th floor and you cannot get there without an elevator card. There's also deposit 100 for my type of room, which was returned to me at the checkout.

Booked this hotel due to convenient location, breakfast buffet and the sea view from the 28th floor. Loved the view from the balcony!!!! The owner of the hotel was very nice and helpful, he speaks Russian and solved all issues quickly.

Overall, nice, good room with balcony, clean and hot showers. The only tricky bit was finding the reception it was on 10th floor but app said 20th and it's in a small room, I found it and all went well.

There is a very good location, close to the sea, close to many restaurants or mall, you have everything you need around, the view from the balcony it’s nice.
