Old hotels , it’s my first time here .

The apartment is not cleaned and not maintained properly. The balcony door is broken, the chair/sofa at the balcony is extremely dirty and soiled. Sofa and other furniture are also looked old and wear and tear kind of condition. No spoon or butter knife is provided.

We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water 2star type The same island have phoenix resorts which run by professional hotel group with outdoor swimming pool, We are not allowed to enter in that pool, that’s only for phoenix resorts customers,

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Internet services was bad, after requesting to fix, service was done next day,

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea! The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks. Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

It was amazing the views the scenery

Жили на 24 этаже, вид шикарный! С острова и на остров курсирует мини автобусы, очень удобно. Недалеко центральная прогулочная улица где можно приобрести сувениры и вкусно покушать.

各方面都還可以！酒店所處環境還可以，但去辦入住時，説我訂購的房間是最差的在3F，建議我升級，現場交錢升級了高樓層，我的攜程積分升級説沒用，加完錢420多一間，但發現也就是樓層高而已。設施需要改善，太陳舊和破爛不堪的感覺，電梯顯示的樓層和實際樓層不一樣，房間房門還不如毛坯房，門鎖看起來用手都能摳出來，窗簾自動開關壞掉。早餐送到房間。進出島有電瓶車。各種服務沒人説明。

Шикарный номер в интересном отеле! Всё полностью оправдало ожидания. Вид из номера - мечта! С острова через мост можно доехать на бесплатной машинке, которая ездит с раннего утра до поздней ночи. Не работал холодильник. Я просила утюг - не принесли.

鳳凰島的地理位置和景色是任何酒店不能比擬的，特別是露台網紅大浴缸，可以泡澡賞海景，就是賓館設施和衞生稍微差點，淋浴值得贊一下，水流非常大，島上配套設施基本沒有，但是總體感覺非常好？！

Прекрасное расположение очень красивые отель подсветка особенно ночью очень хорошие бассейны очень красивые лифты удобная кровати кондиционеры ванна которая находится на балконе виды просто обалденные всё очень понравилось

海景房很絕，視野好，開窗就是海，比很多星級酒店的視野還要好，陽台寬敞明亮，很愜意，但是設施有點舊了。
