Vårt rum är rymligt, rent och hade en fin utsikt. Servicen är utmärkt, särskilt när Casper var så vänlig att hjälpa oss med vårt behov av en kinesisktalande. Vi kommer definitivt att boka vårt hotell här igen när vi återvänder till Yalong Bay.

Good location by Yalong Bay walking distance to beach and commercial street. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good . Overall good we had a good stay

Room is big and clean. Service of the staff is good. Only location of the hotel is out of the way. Overall is still worth the stay.

Good days, Coming for the second time. It's more economical if you book early. I stayed at 2 other hotels in the city center, but they didn't meet my expectations. I came and rested before my departure date. It was cleaner when I first came in October. Also, the weather in Sanya was hotter. Now it's cooler and windier. Maybe if I come again, I will definitely come to your place again.

We are staying family. Double bed room is very comfortable. And breakfast many food choices, service, clean very good.

We have booked room with breakfast. In China main problem for vegetarian people is Food, here you can’t find vegan food easily. We stayed in holiday inn for 2 night and 2 nights in other hotel, While i checked in i asked front desk to ask restaurant to prepare vegan food for us but he said they have many things inside , you can take vegetarian food by yourself, but first day in breakfast we could not eat anything other than plain rice and fruit because everything contains meat or egg. Then i talked to one of hotel staff Name LUCAS who can speak good english. He helped us to convey our requirements to restaurant manager then on second day we could get proper breakfast. Lucas also helped us to talk to our other hotel manager about our food restrictions so that we could get vegan food over there too LUCAS helped us for other all difficulties too. being non Chinese people its not easy for us to survive in china because we don’t know chinese language and we are vegetarian people. But LUCAS became superman for us and overcome all our problems. Thanks a lot LUCAS for your selfless service in all the way. I have attached photo of vegetarian food which was prepared on second day after struggling on first day Thanks again my friend Lucas.🙏🙏

We had a comfortable and clean stay at the hotel. We would like to thank the receptionist, Yummy, for her kind assistance in booking tickets and other matters.

Great location and price is reasonable within the area. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Maintenance can be improved however as sofa and cushions have patches of stains.

We enjoyed Hainan trip at this hotel. Lucas is very kind and ready to help us. We will visit again thanks to his efforts and cooperation! If you are not familiar to Chinese language, find him, Lucas! He will assist you! Don’t worry be happy!

For helping us solve various issues and explaining everything that we don't understand. May your career only go up, good luck with everything!!!!....About the hotel: we liked everything, the only thing is that for some reason they don't put knives on breakfast, every time I went and asked the waiter for them. (This is strange, because there are a lot of Russians in the hotel). We lived in room 2715, the room is nice, clean, cleaning on time. It is very convenient that the hotel has rubber slippers for the beach. Once again, thank you separately, Lucas, for your help))

We have been staying in the hotel for 4 days and it was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, big and comfortable, room design is stylish. Breakfasts were great! The staff is very polite and kind! Lucas from the front desk was helping all our stay! We lost medicine in the room after checking out, but Lucas helped us and sent us our losts. He is so kind and professional! Thank Holiday inn and suited, and special sincerely for Lucas!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful: cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere. I especially want to mention the delicious breakfasts — varied, fresh, and made with care. The service was excellent: the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We felt right at home! We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The front office did not explain us the facilities around the hotel at all, we found out after a few days we can use the pool of Hualuxe hotel and the shortcut to the beach from Hualuxe
