We stayed here in December 2021. This was the 3rd visit and the last. The place was falling apart. From the time we arrived the e-key card did not work. Every time we went out we had to go to the office to be let in, or if it was at night, wait for the security guard. They suggested we leave the door to the garage open to enter through there. They knew it did not work but for whatever reason, they were not going to bother to put a new lock on the front door. More importantly, the place was filthy, as were the bed covers. Hair, urine stains - and this was on all the bed covers, not just in one bedroom. The carpet was disgusting. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped inside the 3 double bedroom townhouse, it was spotlessly clean spacious a perfect place to stay in Villamoura. Every morning fresh bread rolls on our door delicious and thoughtful. Definitely would go back to stay again.
