更像個週末度假的地方，坐在露台上吃早餐，面前是連綿的羣山，可以遠眺辛特拉主要的幾個宮殿和莊園。早餐豐富，尤其是麪包還是熱的，口味極佳，據説是從鄉村的作坊裏訂購的。離中心步行10分鐘，推薦的餐廳很棒。有免費停車場。葡萄牙的城市貌似市內開車都不容易，一會兒爬坡一會兒下坡，自駕的把車停在酒店可步行或Uber前往景點和餐館。酒店服務也很有耐心，提供你需要的幫助。如果夏天還可以在漂亮的室外游泳。

Beautiful property, beautiful views, friendly and very helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Pool and yoga studio. It was a little bit of a walk to the town center, but not bad. There is also free parking for those driving through (which is why you have to do a little walk). We loved our stay!

We really liked this place. The staff was informative and very friendly. Breakfast is served in your room and was presented in a large basket from the order one put in the previous evening. There were a lot of stairs and it would probably not be good for someone with limited mobility. The room and the pool were very clean and the grounds were lovely.

The location was absolutely amazing, the pool, gardens and areas to relax were really lovely! We had a bungalow that was cosy, had a comfortable bed with great views! A special mention must go out to Fillipa who helped me with organising my trip to Peña Palace. Many thanks young lady! We also had a lovely breakfast hamper delivered to our room.

Outstanding villa style accommodation with breathtaking views and exceptional service. We stayed here as family of 4 in 2 superior rooms overlooking the Palace sites. Staff were lovely and accommodated early arrival, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable with a delicious breakfast delivered to the room as standard. We enjoyed the pool and fantastic location within easy walking distance to the attractions of Sintra

Everything here was great: the lovely staff, the clean room, the property amenities with an amazing pool, and the breakfast served in the room. But the high point is the view of the mountain and the palaces. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely amazing! Nothing to fault! Me and my friends stayed here for my 40th birthday, sharing 2 rooms with an interconnecting door and kitchenette. It was clean, quiet, spacious, nicely decorated, stunning views and just perfect for us all round. The breakfast basket delivered to the room at the time we chose was spot on and helped with our 'lazy' get ups in the mornings. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Perfect and highly recommended place to stay!!

Really lovely location in the valley and staff is wonderful, friendly greeting and helpful tips! Really appreciated our superior room with a beautiful view of the palace and the castle. Always glad to have a kettle and good coffee/tea options provided in the room. Also appreciated this shared kitchen and enclosed eating/work space area. Internet access was good. As noted by others, the cold breakfast is fairly ordinary and quickly redundant if you stay more than a few days. They are spot on with delivering the basket to your door on exactly the time you pick. I would recommend this place to others, yet would note that it is not for people who don’t like steps or a short but steep-ish walk into town with a cobblestone sidewalk right next to cars.

We booked a somewhat last-minute trip to Casa do Valle during the high season (last minute itinerary changes). Our room of choice for a family of 4 was available one of the two nights, but the staff was very flexible with our stay, and were able to get us two adjoining rooms for the other night . They were also very helpful in recommending sights, restaurants, and how to get around town and to the sights. They also checked in to make ensure we were having a great stay. I can't say enough about the staff, I feel they went above and beyond compared to other places we stayed in Europe. The views from the grounds were stunning with the Pena Palace on one hill and the Moorish Castle on another. There was a friendly host dog and cat. The staff also scheduled an airport transfer, which I realize they have "their guy" who regularly helps them, but it was reasonably priced, and it saved us an hour or more of our vacation time versus taking the train (and the added stress of young kids, luggage, trains, and transfers), which was helpful for a mid-morning flight. I am writing this 3 months later, still thinking about how wonderful the experience was, and realizing I need to tell others and recommend you stay here!
