A experiencia com o hotel foi fabulosa, só demorou um pouco para cadastrar a biometria para acesso as areas comuns e estacionamento, fora isso o atendimento do hotel é bom. A localização do Hotel é excelente, perto de tudo! limpeza tambem muito boa. Agora oque eu gostaria de deixar como aviso é o pessimo atendimento no estacionamento do hotel, é uma empresa terceirizada que cuida, pessoal totalmente despreparado, sem educação que nao poderia estar trabalhando com pessoas, principalmente um senhor que ficou na madrugada do dia 20/02 para o dia 21/02 - extremamente mal educado e agressivo, nunca uma pessoa como aquela poderia estar no atendimento a pessoas. fora isso a experencia foi boa!

Horrible customer service, no WiFi I would advise strongly to not book this apartment. The customer service is next to nothing. The apartment is fine but they ask you biometrics and passport to register entry system. During my whole stay there was no internet. I reported it 5 times and there was no resolution. They said it takes 24 hours for them to resolve issues. Considering I was staying 2 nights this was unacceptable. They didn’t offer any alternatives either. Pretty basic amenities, 2 glasses, 2 cups and one nespresso capsule for each day. Felt like a prison. Check out time is 11 which is less than hotels and check in time is 3 pm. It’s much better to book a hotel instead where you can at least leave your luggage in case of early arrival or late flight. Just a management company managing the property so I advise not to book it
