The staffs gave different information. My friend and I asked about a water box provided in the room was free of charge. One person said it does, the other said it was'n free.
The towels are not in the condition of a 5-star hotel.

Had a lovely and chill stay in a great location of São Paulo nearby everything you need! I wish there were more services available and they were pet-friendly as well but nonetheless I would absolutely stay there again!

入住第二天早上,我的信用咭被一間Tango Tur Agencia 刷了BRL 3048,导游帮我查核此公司位於巴西伊瓜蘇,我確定沒有與此公司接洽,即咭被盗用,唯馬上断咭。因我是剛入境巴西就住此聖保羅酒店,我的信用咭就是用來付押金,之前從未在巴西境內刷過,所以我懷疑酒店員工出賣客人資料....
另外,半食宿晚餐單选擇很少,牛扒或雞胸都煮得過熟。
