Lady Hill Sapa Resort in situated few mins away from city center. Note they offer buggy service and shuttle service but should be reserved ahead of time. Check in process is smooth and we were offered welcome drinks and snacks which is really thoughtful. Room is spacious but beddings are a bit tough. Air conditioning is also poor and we have to open the window just for the cool air to go in. Water supply is also weird that there are times we have to wait (maybe)for other guests/room to not use theirs so wen get a decent water pressure. Also neighboring guests are really loud that we can hear their chatter. Service is good, front desk is attentive but failed to give us the shuttle service on the scheduled time which is a let down so we have to book ourselves a grab ride. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner menu is limited and quality can be improved. Also, no service water offered. Pool area is a bit crowded so we have to wait until other hotel guests and outside guests are done. Towels are also a bit smelly. Massage service is also okay but can be improved with more man power as only 1 staff is available to do everything. Overall a pleasant stay but would rather book a hotel in sapa center next time.

Hotel amenities was great. Breakfast options were good too. View from the swimming pool was amazing. Location was away from the hustle of the main Sapa town thereby ensuring peace and tranquility.

The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria. Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality. The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan. The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western. The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.

had an amazing stay at lady hill. we got the mountain view room and the view was amazing. the room was very clean and even nicer than the photos! there is also a shuttle service to town, which makes up for the slightly further distance from town. there is also an on-demand buggy service that sends you to the entrance of the muong hua cable car station for fansipan. also shout out to nami for the wonderful service! :)

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. Fandi pan is just under your nose. 10min drive to town. Hotel food are great too. Thanks to hotel staffs who make a day for my son and surprised with cake 🎂

What a stunning hotel, great view of Fansipan and easy access, they provide free daily shuttle bus to and from the town Great customer service and easy communication , they go above and beyond to help with many requests, they help with the setup of the wedding proposal decoration which was so stunning and exceeded our expectations, thanks to the team who assisted with the setup Breakfast buffet had so many choice and varieties for different nationalities with great quality food and hygiene Couldn't recommend more if you are planning to come to Sapa for a visit

It is unfortuate we are having to write a negative review because we were really looking forward to our stay. Our room was beautiful and the check in process was smooth and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a really good selection. However we booked this stay due to the spa facilities and we were extremely let down. On the first day we arrived late afternoon and went straight to the spa for a massage which was lovely and staff attentive. However the spa itself was unclean, there was a strong sewage smell and the changing room were dirty with wet towels everywhere, overflowing showers and general rubbish around. On the second day we headed up to use the gym and spa however the heated pool was broken, the sauna doors had been left open so no heat, the herbal pools had to amenities or plugs to fill the baths with. There was a queue of day guests getting refunds so we asked the manager if it was possible we could be compensated as we booked based on the spa facilities and both days hadn't been the best experiences. She told us no as we were not paying customers to the spa (even though we paid to stay two nights), she told us if she refunded us she would have to take wages from the staff or give up her wage. She said the spa was free so there was nothing to refund. We asked for a complaints email but she told us no as she feared for her job. She instead sent a fruit platter of three oranges and two apples to our room. This was unfortunate as the main reason we stayed here was for the spa use.

Had an amazing stay in Lady Lady Hill Resort for 5D4N. The staff here are amazing and very hospitable. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a bathtub and a balcony. The location is peaceful and quiet but it is hard to find food (apart from the hotel’s restaurant) as you have to travel out to town to get local food (there are free shuttle bus you can catch). They also provided free buggy service to Fansipan if you are visiting there. All in all, would highly recommend if you are visiting Sapa!

Location and view from the hotel as amazing. Staff were helpful. Unable to do early check-in coming from overnight bus was a bummer. Staff were generally helpful.

The view from our bungalow was nothing short of spectacular! The rooms were spacious and well maintained, private and away from the main building. We enjoyed the breakfast varieties though the restaurant cleanliness can be improved especially after the morning peak.
