The resort of Topas is situated approximately 40 minutes from the center of Sapa. It is a stunning destination. In June, my fiancée and I embarked on a brief vacation in this location. In general, the room will not be equipped with a television, and the internet connection in this remote area will be exceedingly challenging. Nevertheless, technology is unnecessary during your stay, as there is always a breathtaking view in front of your room. This resort is an ideal destination for some time away from the stresses of daily life, as it is a testament to the beauty and grandeur that nature has bestowed upon Vietnam. Additionally, this resort is one of the few in Vietnam that prioritizes sustainable development. It is evident in the manner in which they utilize materials when constructing bungalows and in numerous purportedly environmentally friendly practices that have gained popularity, such as restricting the laundering of towels and changing bed sheets. Nevertheless, the apartment did not contain a mini-bar despite the existence of a price list for the items that were to be included in the mini-bar. I am uncertain as to whether the removal of the mini-bar from my room that day was an attempt to protect the environment, a trend that many hotels are adopting, or a form of discrimination that I encountered due to the fact that I reserved my room under the name of a Vietnamese individual. I am not surprised by this, as numerous resorts in Vietnam frequently eliminate items from the rooms in accordance with the price of the rooms they offer. One noteworthy aspect of the resort is the complimentary shuttle service from the Sapa Center. The resort acknowledges that the distance from the Sapa Center to the resort can be an obstacle for visitors when selecting a resort. Consequently, it offers a shuttle vehicle service to address this issue. That is commendable.
