This stay was so bad it almost seems that it wasn't real. It all started when I checked in and there was a cat living in my room. A white and orange cat - and after trying to get it out for about 10 minutes, I decided to call the reception desk and ask for help. Now, the cat was not trying to hurt me, nor was he looking at all dangerous, but my kids had brought their entire world, which includes 3 squishmallows, and let's be real - we can't just pick those special friends up at the local Target over here. I called - and they said they would be right there to help. I called back 20 minutes later because no one came, and the guy who answered the phone (it was a girl last time) says "so....you want me to take the cat OUT of the room?". Yeah. 20 more minutes later I had to call again. They finally came and they finally got the cat outside. The next morning my kids slept in (thankfully!) and I went downstairs to make my coffee. Picked up the kettle and it was full of water. Gross, so I dump it out in the sink. BUT guess what comes out with the water? SAND! SAND. There is SAND in the kettle. Did no one think to clean this room?! It took 6-8 rinses to get the water to come out sandless. And if you think that is bad, it turns out they gave us less than ONE roll of toilet paper for 3 people, and we realized it while my son was mid-poop. So I call again. Could we get some toilet paper please. Oh yes, sure. It will be right there. I'm sure you've guessed it though - right? 20 minutes of sitting in the bathroom with a bored 6 year old later I call again and they tell me that they are on the way. I don't believe them, of course, and they still don't come. When I call again, they yell at me, tell me sarcastically that they will be there in 9 minutes and 30 seconds, and that's when I lost it. I had a kid on the toilet, another kid who is starving, we are late for dinner, and by the time we got to dinner, there was very little food and NO PLACE TO SIT. Know why? Because the restaurant here doesn't have enough space for everyone who is staying there - and they don't plan very well to ensure everyone has food. The complementary breakfast was nice, unless you wanted an omlet or juice. Those, apparently cost extra. On checkout, the lady asked me how my stay was and I told her the truth. All of it. And she smiled and said she wished she had been there to help me through the stay. I said thank you. And then she told me that I had purchased some extras, so here is how much it would be:... Of course I paid.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property in Sabanca, Turkey, from [insert dates of your stay]. My experience was marred by a series of disappointments and inconveniences, which I outline below: 1. Misleading Information: The rental’s description and reviews significantly misrepresented the actual conditions. The location, amenities, and overall standard were not as advertised. 2. Unsafe and Unclear Access: The approach to the resort was hazardous, characterized by an unsafe, dirty, and muddy path, which was not disclosed beforehand. 3. Poor Cleaning and Maintenance: The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the bungalow were severely lacking. Key issues included peeling flooring, a leaking shower, a damaged bidet, and a general state of disrepair. 4. Inadequate Pest Control: We encountered a significant pest problem within the property, further diminishing our stay’s comfort. 5. Linen Quality: The bedding sheets and towels provided were in a miserable condition, not meeting basic standards of quality and hygiene. 6. Language Barriers: Communication was a major challenge, as only one staff member at the reception spoke English, leading to further difficulties in addressing our concerns. 7. Refusal to Refund: After a highly unsatisfactory first night, I requested a refund for the remaining days. Your refusal to accommodate this request, despite the conditions, was particularly disappointing and showed a lack of customer consideration. Attached to this email are photographs documenting these conditions. This experience has not only caused inconvenience and discomfort during our stay but has also led to a considerable waste of time and money. I urge you to address these issues promptly. The hotel is located at the top of a mountain, offering views of the lake and city. The rooms are very clean and come with a variety of facilities, including a Jacuzzi, fireplace, and balcony. They also have a small restaurant. Additionally, there is a coffee machine in the reception area with some snacks available for afternoon tea.

Its my sixth time visiting Turkey and have never had such a worst accommodation. I have booked for three nights on booking in world deluxe Sapanca and after receiving such a bad service i have decided to spend a night only. I have paid half of the amount before coming and on the day of check in i paid the rest of the amount using my credit card. The receptionist (a lady her name is Elda) took my card and scanned it on the machine under the table (she took a pic of my card) then she said to that the amount was not deducted although I have received a message of a deduction from my bank. She tried to keep the card with her but i refused. In the evening she tried to use my card info from booking to withdraw the rest of the amount and I received massages from the bank so i contacted the bank and closed my card directly after the amount was withdrawn. I have closed two cards the one i used for checking in and the one on booking. However, at 11 night i have received a massage of deduction from my third card the one i paid the insurance with so i closed it directly. I have contacted more than one bank and all of them have confirmed that there was a withdrawal of random amounts and all of my three cards were closed. At 11:30 at night some people from the hotel admin (a guy and the receptionist) were knocking the door of my Bangalaw in scary way but i refused to open and all of my family members were shocked and the kids were scared. I have contacted my embassy and informed them with all the deduction and the action of knocking my door at midnight. In the morning i woke up and the electricity was closed by the admin and it was extremely hot although they know that we have kids in the family. I went to the reception and receptionist (Elda) asked me to pay the full amount of three nights although I will stay for one night only and she said that she is not responsible of the random withdrawals and she did not get any payments. After a long discussion with her bad tone she called the police and wont let us out until she get the payments of three nights. She was rude and her tone was not appropriate at all infront of all the people in the reception, after my embassy took a serious action against her she let us out after two hours with a horrible experience. We got stolen of several amounts and we did not get any of the services although of paying for one night plus the admin team teamed up against us, the customers. While checking in that reception was nasty and full of dogs and the smell was so bad. The hygiene is terrible and even the team did not preform as a professional hospitality. They have ruined our vacation and we were not satisfied at all. Without the intervention of the embassy the situation would have been worse. Iam just shocked that this is a 5 star hotel!

So relaxing to stay at this place we had a great time staying. If you looking for a perfect escape from busy city like Istanbul sapanca is the best place to be .I recommend to bring you own things like cooking utensils if you’re planning to cook your own meal,barbecue grilled if available but charcoal is not free .

Kesinlikle hijyenik değildi bir gece kaldım sabaha kadar pis kokudan uyuyamadık,camları açtık soğuktu,jakujili yazıyor tapası yoktu,sehbalar berbattı,duş aldığınız yerlerde su birikiyor,tv ve A/C kumandalarının pili çalışmıyordu,çalışan çocuklarla ilgili sorun yoktu,izolasyonu olmadığı için yürüdüğünüz yerler ses yapıyordu,yatak kısmen iyi idi.mutfak dolaplarının içi lekeliydi.açıkcası verdiğim parayı haketmiyordu, Kesinlikle hiyjenıne dikkat edenler için uygun değildi.hele o pis koku korkunç rahatsız ediciydi,ayak ve ayakkabı kokusu berbattı.bundan sonra aslantercih etmeyeceğim bir tesisti. 27-29 Ağustos arası 2 gece konaklama yapmak için setur üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım. setur'un sitesinde yazan ve telefonla da teyit ettiğimiz özellikler kaldığımız odada bulunmuyordu. 1- Sadece oda olarak alınan 1+1 bungolov da yemek yapmak için ocak olduğu setur'da yazdığı halde ocak sökülmüş. üstü kapanmış. yemek yapmak için tek kullanabileceğiniz yer ateş çukuru ve önüne konmuş olan paslı ızgara teli. 2. Odayı tutma sebebimiz olan jakuziyi kullanamadık. dört beş kez rezervasyona gittik. bakmaya gelen kişiler nitekli değildiler yada arızalı olduğunu bildiklerini için yapma girişiminde bulunmadılar. Hatta son gelen teknisyen içine külot kaçmıştır dedi. Hijyen yönünden soru işareti barındırdı. 3. Bu kadar aksaklık olduğu halde paramızı alıp çıkmak istedik kabul etmediler.Oda değiştirmeye razı gelmediler. Zar Zor setur aracılığıyla bir gece erken çıkabildik. tamir için gelmeyen ekip rezervasyon iptalininden 2.dk içinde temizlik için odaya geldiler. 4. Erken boşaltalım diye hazırlanırken bazı eşyalarımız kaldı. arkamızdan bunlar kalmış haberiniz olsun diye aramadılar bile.. 5. Tesis yamaçta manzarası çok güzel fakat araçla gelecekler için riskli bazı araçlar 4-5 kerede inilen yamacı çıkamadılar. ve yamacın hemen yanında havuz var. olası bir hatada can kaybı olması muhtemel. 6. Odalarda tabak çatal bıçak yoktu. zar zor tabak getirdiler. bıçak getirmediler otel politikasıymış. Odalarda 4 kişi rezervasyon yaptığımız halde.4 kişilik yastık çarşaf zordu talep ederek getirdik. 7. Otele 13.37 de geldik. erken geldiğimizi ama yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler. kusura bakmayın 23 dk erken gelmişiz. bu konuda yardımcı olduğunuz için teşekkürler.. Bu fiyata daha güzel alternatifler var. 2 yıldız sadece tesisin manzarası için. bir daha gelirmiyim asla!!

1+1 şömineli bungalov odayı tercih ettik, giriş yapıp yerleşmek üzere üst kattaki yatak odasına çıktığımızda odanın tavanı, yeri, duvarları heryerinde onlarca osuruk böceği denen böcekten olduğunu gördük. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde önce odada böcek ilacı olduğunu söylediler! Tepkimiz üzerine bizi yan bungalova geçirdiler. Burda da böceklerden vardı ama 5-10 tane. Görevli gelip böcekleri süpürge ile temizledi. Diğer Odaya geçtik ve Saatler geçti bu arada. Dedik şömineyi yaktıralım. Görevli 1 saat sonra 3-5 odunla geldi, ekstra odunun ücretli olduğunu soyledi. Şömine 10 dk sonra söndü, yeniden odun atmak için kapağını açmamızla odaya aynı böceklerden onlarcası doldu! Ne olduğunu anlayamadan çaresizlikle böcekleri öldürmeye çalıştık ama ne fayda! Odanın heryerinden böcekler çıkıyordu. Böcek deyince ufak minik böcekler sanılmasın, sert kabuklu, siyah gibi, uçan ve üzerinize zıplayan, acaip bi ses çıkartan kocaman böcekler! Gece yarısına kadar böceklerle uğraştıktan sonra toparlanıp otelden ayrılmak üzere resepsiyona gittik durumu anlattığımız görevli boş boş yüzümüze bakıp odaları ilaçladıklarını soyledi cevaben. Hemen yan tarafta oturan ve otelin yetkilisi olduğu söylenen kişi konuşmaları duyduğu halde yerinden bile kalkmadı. Değil oda ücreti iadesi yediğimiz oda servisi yemeğinin de ücretini son kuruşuna kadar talep ettiler. Biz özür dahi dilemediler. Gece yarısı apar topar oteli terk ettik. Böyle bir rezalet yaşamak isteyen gitsin!!!
