Location beautiful. Resort & amenities need work. There was no WIFI or pool. No soap (hand, dish, body, shampoo conditioner} but promised in stay. No towels or sheets without paying extra. No spare toilet paper & staff not available during open hours. No toaster, sponges or paper towels. Laundry is $6 per load extra & no soap provided. 1 outdoor chair for 6 people. Couch covers dirty. Two bedroom really not big enough for 6 people. Reservation said balcony but placed on bottom floor without one.

Great location in a gorgeous little town. However, the resort itself is run down and outdated. The staff was very kind and helpful, though.

Borgo al Sole's staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are super responsive to all our questions by email and with a lot of patience. There's even an animation team that organizes activities every night, making sure that guests don't have one dull night. The residence is located in a beautiful quite town called Sappada, and the ski domain here is very beautiful, family-friendly and with little crowd. Recommend!

My family of 5 arrived late on Saturday. Snow on the grounds absolutely so beautifully located in the Dolomites & Sappada (sweet town).Called the desk they were helpful to let us know what to do if it was a late check in. We were in the suite with master bed, traveling with 3 kids (2 in bunks & 1 on couch bed) had to pay for our towels and sheets but it was so clean and warm and comfortable for our family. They helped us be able to do laundry during our week stay. Had karaoke night, great food and we thank you staff for making our trip so memorable. We had such an incredible time. Grazie :)

We loved the location of this resort. The most beautiful little town for a nice, peaceful vacation. The staff was also excellent at this resort. It was also very clean and convenient to local shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the rooms needed updating. there were bunk beds in one of the rooms which may be ok for a family, but if 2 couples are travelling this does not work.

Sap pads and the Dolomites are beautiful! The resort was ok at best. We had to pay for sheets and towels and make the bed ourselves. The unit had no soap or shampoo in the restroom. No dishwashing detergent or any dishwashing supplies of any kind. The kitchen has an under counter refrigerator that is quite small. The reception desk did not mention that the refrigerator and hot water needed to be switched on. A microwave oven would have been nice. Once we got everything sorted out the room was good as a base to tour the area from.

There are no bed linen, towels, the apartment is not cleaned. The furniture was neglected. The beds are not suitable for resting. The walls are dirty. No blackout curtains. Door not working. The staff only speak Italian and are not helpful.

Ho soggiornato al residence con un amico, con l’idea di fermarmi tre giorni, ma alla fine ci sono rimasto un’intera settimana da quanto ci divertivamo! Lo staff e le animatrici sono persone d’oro, di una professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia incredibili. Sara, Camilla, Nina, Enrico ed Edoardo ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Le serate organizzate da loro - karaoke, quiz e tombola - ci hanno sicuramente fatto divertire. E quando staccavano, si fermavano ben oltre l’orario di lavoro per giocare a carte, a biliardo o semplicemente fare due chiacchiere e bere qualcosa insieme. Hanno reso la nostra vacanza un ricordo speciale ed indelebile. Per chi pensa che a Sappada manchi il divertimento per i giovani, non ha mai incontrato queste persone fantastiche e simpaticissime. A presto!
