Verry comfortable and recommended

Not very far from Sapporo station. Hotel exterior under renovation. The room is quite small. Amenities like facial cleanser, tea, coffee can be taken at Level 2 near the check in counter.

The location is excellent! It is about 5-10 mins from Sapporo Station. Easily connect to the underground passageway to Odori and Susukino. Most of the main sites are within walking distance. There is a convenience store right next door. They provided individually packed skincare which is a bonus, on top of other amenities. You could easily get coffee and tea for your own consumption. From 3pm to 12am, they provide free coffee at the tea room. The room is a good size with a huge comfortable bed and pillows. Love that they provided pajamas and housekeeping daily. There are washing machines and dryers for guests, which is very convenient. I didn't interact much with the staff but I enjoyed my stay.

I arrived late afternoon and the staff is so nice. She tried speaking in English well. And completely inform important rules to stay here. (A hostel using shared bathroom). However, the security is too much complicated and not easy for some person. But this wasn't hard for me. Thankfully you could consider leave your baggages without notify to somebody, because the staff are not available in the morning until late afternoon.

Good service. Good location near Sapporo railway and Sapporo Jr station.

在入住前寄存行李時本來是非常不滿意的！因為一位女性工作人員全程態度不佳，我僅僅是想簡單地寄存下行李，待到可辦理入住時間後再回來而已，她聽不懂並且沒有意願來交流，而且行李中有一把雨傘，她沒有給放好並綁上，導致掉在地上還被後來的客人一腳踢開，幸好我在等電梯的時候回頭看了一眼不然傘就丟了，出門在外我也沒有與之爭執，自行把傘放好了。 好在到了入住以後接觸到的其他工作人員都挺好的，都具備服務從業人員的基本素質。 酒店地理位置很不錯，離札幌站很近，腳力好的話也可以走地下通道步行至大通公園、薄野、狸小路等，而且離長途大巴站更近，這點我非常之滿意和感到幸運。 房間不大，我的行李箱比較大但好在是單面翻蓋（雙面那種的打開可能就比較困難了），不過衹是簡單休息下沒有任何可挑剔的。 服務大堂在二樓，有洗漱和護膚用品可以自行取用，很方便。

早餐可以吃的很健康，是正常的味道！（很感動） 房間裝修很有温暖年輕化，這是我選它的理由，我在週日定的早鳥500+💰；位置在大市區內有好價可以定 沒什麼問題。

地點方便，步行幾分鐘便到地下街通道，通道可以直接去到札幌車站，天氣惡劣時，特別有幫助，另外，樓宇似乎翻新完，很新淨整溸

很滿意，離JR很近，交通方便，乾淨衞生，前台服務周到，態度好。旁邊就有一家7-11，各種北海道限定全部試一遍

酒店就在主要購物區，亦就近地下街出口，位置十分方便。房間與其他R&B酒店一樣都係行極簡風格，房間未必十分光猛，但勝在十分整潔。

衞生乾淨，每天打掃，酒店前台所在的2樓，有各種洗顏，乳液，咖啡，糖，紅茶綠茶自取！還有現磨咖啡！交通方便，大丸百貨，必客，東急百貨，JR火車站，札幌地鐵站，札幌電視台，大通公園 都在周邊一公里以內！巴士總站也在福利！北海道大學走過去也就1.5公里，去白色戀人公園，走到大通公園地鐵站，10分鐘，坐地鐵20分鐘，再走7到8分鐘就到了！

這個酒店就過度一晚 很乾凈 就是廁所沒有排氣扇 熱氣散不出 其他設施和標配足夠了

非常喜歡，温馨舒適，服務員熱情溝通，這段旅程共住了這家三個晚上，以後去日本還會入住！
