Connected with JR Shin Sapporo with easy access, just follow their youtube video on how to get there. Connected to Bivi Park Mall as well so you can easily shop at scoop supermarket.

The hotel is very good, with a comfortable location near the station.

Love this hotel. It's connected to parking, bridge to hospital and shopping mall on 2nd floor. Parking is easy. Breakfast is good. You can see washing machine status via the TV, how convenient.

N Ew hotel, big room and new looking, parking ¥1000 per day. I will be back.

Super worth it hotel, easy access with subway station & jr, no need to walk outside, got inside bridge. Will be back if come to hokkaido again.

I will definitely go back and stay here next time I come to Sapporo during winter. The room is quite spacious for hotel in japan, super clean, I love that they provide comfy nice pajamas. The hotel is conveniently connected to Bivi shopping center, JR Shin-Sapporo St and subway. The thing I extremely love that during winter, in front of hotel the soft snow piling up and it was so fun to play there. Area of improvement is that I felt like the room need more bins. The hotel only provided one trash bin in bed room area but not in the kitchen or toilet.

Loved this hotel, stayed almost 10 days. The people at the fromt desk always greeted me with a smile and responded to my queries and needs in time. I enjoyed the room well too it was clean and comfortable.

We had our last lap of the trip in this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the location might be convenient, the staff was unhelpful and not flexible enough to accommodate our needs. Simple requests were met with little effort or understanding, which was disappointing for the end of our journey. This stay lacked the warmth and attentiveness we had hoped for, leaving us feeling underwhelmed. Improvements in service and guest care would make a significant difference.

Thanks so much for the staff who helped me with the baggage keeping issue. The hotel is super convenient for take JR train, tidy and super cost effective. Love La’gent stay. See you next time;)

Very clean and new hotel, close to the subway and shopping mall, worth for the price

Generally ok. New and modern and with a nice public bath for use! But i found a few hairs in the shower, a bit disappointed about this. Receptionists are not as helpful as i expected.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. We have a very good stay.

我非常滿意，首先不用出地鐵站沿着bivi廣場的指示走就能到達，地理位置絕佳，從該酒店前往市中心大通公園或者小樽等地都很方便！而且酒店設施非常全面，味道非常好聞！服務非常好，工作人員英文可以溝通，非常友善，房間乾淨整潔，體驗很好。北海道的雪很漂亮，冬天還會來，會多次選擇該酒店。

とてもキレイで素敵なホテルでした。 フロントのフロアにデトックスウォーターのサービスがあり、部屋にテイクアウトしましたが、すごく美味しかったです。 大浴場もあり、疲れを取ることが出来ました。 駅からも近く、交通の便も良く、飲食店やコンビニも近くにあるので、すごく快適でした。 また利用させてもらおうと思います。
