New hotel. Nothing to complain in terms of facility and services. But not sufficient car park space. They will offer the nearby car park, and take around 10mins to go

Nice and big rooms. Daily room keeping. Quiet and well soundproofed. Could sleep well here.

The rooms are really nice and it’s a nice short walk to Susukino. Would have loved to see a hotel lobby, so there is a place to gather before heading out. One of the larger hotel gyms I’ve seen.

The hotel is located slightly further away from the main area however the rooms were delightful and it could have improved further with better showerheads and the water pressure was low. We stayed at this hotel twice and both different rooms were the same issue. The hotel is also located near to this beautiful bridge overseeing the river.

Excellent stay, room was always cleaned and staff are very friendly. Location not too far if you’re walking to the main centre around 15 mins, fine if you have a car.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were excellent, spoke fluent English, and were very helpful. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. There's a 24-hour fitness center and a clean onsen.
