Near airport bus station, mrt, shopping mall and friendly staff.... Good breakfast

Large hotel. Basic room, but not a bad size for Japan. Room cleaning every 4th day, but fresh towels daily. Our room was uncomfortably warm (in February with snow falling outside), even with the heater off. We needed assistance from reception every time we wanted to open or close the window as our room had no window handle? Soundproofing wasn't great from both adjoining rooms and the main road outside. Not bad but have stayed in better in Susukino for a similar rate.

The hotel is near Susukino station. Clean, Kindness, Have car park.

Very convenient to travel, there are restaurants nearby, good atmosphere, clean rooms.

Great location, walking distance to tanukikoji shopping street, friendly and helpful staff

The location is great, not far from restaurants and Don Quijote, all within walking distance. While the facilities are quite basic, they do offer a hair straightener for guests to borrow. The breakfast is simple but decent, with options like fish roe and sashimi. The staff is attentive and considerate. During my stay, the hotel was quite busy, and it seemed like there weren’t enough housekeeping staff at the time. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this might not be ideal as there are occasionally tour groups staying here.

Spent 5nights in this hotel and we loved it. Close to everything. If ever we will go back in Sapporo will surely book the same hotel. Will also recommend to friends. We traveled DIY and we didn’t had a hard time staying in this hotel. Few minutes walk from bus stop from and to airport. Very convenient.

Smile Hotel Premium - Sapporo Susukino was an ideal base for my solo adventure in Sapporo. The location couldn’t have been better—right in Susukino, with so many restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The room was small but spotless and modern, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, happy to give tips on local spots. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience, especially if you’re looking to dive into Sapporo’s lively food scene and local attractions. I’d stay here again!

No air conditioning, and we were unable to open the windows, only the hotel staff had the key to open the window. When he came in, he did not remove his shoes, and walked all the way to the window with his shoes on. There's no water provided but Japan's tap water is portable.

Excellent location, easy to get to bus/subway station, TV tower, Nijo market, Susukino center & lots of restaurant around. Price also so reasonable. Staffs are all nice & helpful. Wanna share to friends.

Due to many chinese tourists rooms are very quiet. Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful

The complementary afternoon coffee at the lobby is really good, strong and fresh. Room is spacious with food view. Location is near to restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast comes with salmon and scallops.

Location is accessible to train, city center. Space is too small. Coffee is not available in the morning which is the best time to have it.
