The condition of the hotel seemed new and good. I particularly enjoyed the room’s layout and size, really good for families or groups. I also felt that the size of the rooms is quite rare. However, one main issue for me is that the hotel has no room service or housekeeping. Everything is contactless - checking in only required a QR code issued before arrival. Very minimal service compared to a typical hotel, which can be problematic for families. There isnt a phone in the room to call reception, and there is no way to contact service staff unless you head down to the lobby during working hours. Lastly, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Despite being in a good and new condition, the room was very clearly not cleaned properly. There were stains and even boogers on the walls left behind by the previous guests, chewing gum stuck on the curtain, and very thick layer of dusts on many surfaces and appliances. These indicates very poor cleaning standards the hotel has. When I first got to the room, imagine the stress I had when I realised that I had no contact with hotel staff…

Clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds with good linen. Has a bath and sauna downstairs as well but is normal water, not onsen water. Location is not near a train station but has a bus stop around 5 mins walk away. Parking for cars is 1500 yen per night, has limited slots and first come first served. Value for money stay and will recommend :)

Clean and well maintained room with a relatively large communal bath. It has a small AEON supermarket and convenient store nearby. It would have been better if it is close to a train station

We all have a great experience to stay here! Would be stay here again if come back!  The coffee is great as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at FAV LUV Sapporo. The price was very reasonable for the size of the hotel in Sapporo. The room was spacious and comfortable which feels like home. It’s so roomy that it can easily fit at least three luggages. The bathing area is also very spacious. Most importantly, the room includes a microwave and a washing machine, which are especially convenient for long stays. The staff we met were all very friendly, including the room cleaning staff. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the train station—about 15 minutes on foot, and up to 20 minutes if you’re carrying luggage. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel room design. Separated wash, toilet and bathroom, no bathtub design is good! The room is clean and bright.

Pretty new hotel, clean and cosy. Room comes with a washer cum dryer, very convenient. Location wise not too bad, walking distance to main shopping areas in 15 mins. Limited paid. car parking.

New hotel, large room, great place to stay for longer. In room washing machine.

Stayed here for 8 days as a family with 2 daughters of 4yo and 1yo. The Japanese Modern room is spacious and safe for toddlers. The amentities in the room is great, the toilet are separate from the bath tug area which is good for us. There is also washing machine in the room! There is also a sink and table top for boiling hot water that is safe and out of reach for toddlers. 2 parking area although is paid at 1500 yen per night.
