Good location for someone like to walk, no problem with 2-3km walking, with no whining, without pulling your luggage going to tourist attraction like no brainer. Facility all is up to japanese service standard which you can depend on.

It was a 7min walk from Susukino station. However, despite regular cleaning, they don’t clean under the bed. There’s so much dust collecting and had allergies. I have insect bites as well from the bed :(

Excellent central location in Sapporo Susukino area. Easy checkin and checkout process via the automated machines. Room was large for Japan standards, slept 3 easily.

we had a great stay..its very comfortable and worth of money..and lot of interesting things can be seen around the area .. if you love walking and exploring along the streets and corners ,you can see a lot .. also the 24hour grocery store is very near from the hotel.. i highly recommend this hotel .. and enjoy your stay as we did !!😉😉

The room is clean and spacious, so you would have enough space to open your luggage completely. The location of the hotel is not far from the station, so you just take a couple of mins to walk. Apart from that, the staff is quite friendly. As long as they see you need help, they will assist you immediately. Although I don't understand how to speak Japanese, they still try to explain what they mean to me.

The toilet is very small. Facility is decent. However waited 20min in the lobby when checked in at 5pm

Room size was bit small. Location of TV needed to redesign as it was not in front of the bed. The refrigerator is very good as my soft drink was almost frozen. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is good to know that they have a lounge for in house guest to relax including Massage Chair on 2F.

The room size is appropriate. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room is not clean enough and you will see hairs around. Some equipment e.g. microwave oven covered with dust. It seems the house keeping is on demand and you have to ask for it at the front desk and it seems vaccuming the room is not a standard arrangement.
