Ana Crowne Plaza Sapporo, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Good location near JR sapporo station. Near to many restaurants. Rooms are small but acceptable for japan size.

Good hotel and has bus from airport to hotel doorsteps and back to airport. Restaurants are good. The room is big, clean and has all amenities. The front desk service is very good and pleasant.

Both reception service and housekeeping service are almost perfect. I asked the housekeeping how to lower the room temperature as I cannot open the window even I’ve turned off the air conditioning. The housekeeper brought me a fan. It’s very kind of him.

3 of us staying in a room with 3 beds, the room is a bit small compared to what we have at Otaru but since it is at City so is reasonable. The service is good, help us to receive our posted luggage, the reception counter is located at level 2, there is a hot and cold water dispenser there which saves our time to boil water. Daily top up 3 bottles of water for us. They allow us to check in early as our room is cleaned. One thing that is not too good probably is the air-conditioning, as we came in winter the air-con in the room is not too cold a bit too warm for us. Hotel staff say it is due to the system generally on warm mode unable to change. Walking distance about 8-11mins from Sapporo JR station, downstairs there is a dessert shop, seico mart and tax free souvenir shop as well. Daily Japanese and western breakfast is good, but the menu seems like its 2 kinds will alternate some dishes on alternate days. The Japanese breakfast set only has 2 varieties one is cooked salmon and the other one is raw seafood. I personally prefer the raw seafood set. One thing I like is there is an airport bus just in front of the hotel although it takes longer to reach the airport approximately 1 hour 40 mins to 2 hours but save our time from walking up and down with luggage. Overall I am happy with the stay.

Centrally located and mins walk to Sapporo Train Station; there are also highly rated ramen and soup curry places near the hotel, and a souvenir shop and convenience inside the ANA hotel which is fabulous! Hokkaido is really beautiful with the snow in Winter and Xmas season, and will definitely come back again in the near future and stay at ANA again!

The hotel is only less than 10 minutes walk from Sapporo train station.  Very convenient.

Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Location will say it not bad as it is walking distance from Sapporo Station (About 5min walk). Nearby there is several convenience store which is very important. The hotel do have store like cakes store, snacks store which kind of value add. Room size wise will say ok given most hotel are small in fact. Perhaps the aircon ventilation can be improved as adjusting the coldness to the max (seem no difference) and room abit stuffy.

Accommodation is near to JR Sapporo Station, attractions and shopping areas, including Tanukikoji Shopping Street. This is my 2nd time staying at this accommodation! Will be booking the accommodation when I visit Sapporo in future.

A couple of times I stayed and I felt comfortable and happy every time.

Excellent experience with 3 children. Great service and convenient.

Great locations and rooms were nice and compact. The front desk staff, house keeping are excellent. The toilet is a bit old and maybe it should be redone. Everything is great about this hotel but I miss the breakfast being at a more affordable price. Also the ala carte menu/ room service menu should have food considering vegetarian and gluten free options.  The sky lounge was deserted in the evening. Maybe they should have some promotions to attract guests.

Orcourse we extended our stay here, it is very remarkable hotel indeed
