I had an amazing stay at Hotel La'Gent Stay Sapporo — everything was simply perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a highlight — a great variety of delicious options, both local and Western, that truly start your day right. And most importantly, the service was exceptional — friendly, helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming and seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Sapporo. I’ll definitely come back again!

Very close to the shopping street and very accessible to Odori station & Susukino station, so i am happy with the location. Room is very spacious, can comfortably open up 2 large luggages without sacrificing spaces for walk. Good view from the room. However, the frontdesk is not exactly friendly, compared to other hotels i have stayed in Japan. And they do not have water station, it troubles guest and not very environmental friendly to get new bottles everyday. Moreover, i had to request for water (and when past 11pm, i had to go down to get the water which they did not deliver in the first place)

Hotel just next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Very near to JR Station too. Nice clean and comfy hotel.

The location is really great, very close yo metro and all shopping areas! The view from the room us also perfect!

Very nice hotel! Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Onsen facilities was an added bonus. Good value hotel close to most things and public transportation.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with fabulous staff. The breakfast and lunch buffet options are fantastic and well worth purchasing. I will definitely return here next time I am in Sapporo.

Stone's throw to the shopping district. Close to the train station Close to restaurants. Close to attractions / places of interest. Rooms were ample in size. I enjoyed the breakfast. 1st floor floor connects to a small combini. Public bath was big enough. Hotel allows to keep luggage on check out day and must be retrieved on the same day.

It was good for business and family travelers. It is near to shoppingstreet

Booked a superior double room, room and bathroom are clean, towels are clean. Location is great, like a minute walk to Tanukikoji shopping street, 10 mins to Odori station and Susukino, 5 mins to Odori Park . Highly recommend it if you want stay within walking distance. Also has money exchange in hotel lobby with fair exchange rates. But if you want good rates go to Exchange on Tanukikoji shopping st, which is usually closed Sun n Mon.

Very specious and new hotel , will located near to restaurants and shopping area

Strategic location and spacious rooms with on site onsen / hot spring, let down partially by front desk behaviour and dated + limited amenities. We stayed here for 3 nights. The location cannot be beaten as it's only 100m to Tanukikoji and very near to Odori / Susukino subway stops. The room was also big, comfortable for 2 travellers. We also made full use of the onsen to shower there every night. However, some disappointments include front desk staff that seemed superficially polite who conveniently rejected our requests for bag storage, and also very limited amenities (no spoons in room, coffee machine on ground floor only open from 3pm to 9pm) that were very dated (a few items damaged in room and at onsen facility). We stayed at another hotel next door prior to this. I would only recommend La'gent to people who prioritise having a hot spring facility. There are better options nearby for comparable prices.
