It was very cosy and comfortable. One of the cheapest options to visit the city.

This is the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, very cozy and warm. I love it.

It's a self check in hostel but the check in procedure is easy to understand after reading carefully the email upon booking confirmation. Our room is bunk beds type with private toilet and bathroom, the water pressure is awesome. The overall cleanliness is great. There are a lot paid parking areas nearby, I believe the nearest opposite one is the cheapest. So sad that we didn't manage to find any cutlery in the common area that we couldn't have our hot cup noodles. Deodorize spray is provided and air purifier humidifier is also provided in the room. It's a plus plus plus that the charging ports are everywhere near the each bed.

MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel. + Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station. + Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there. + Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests). + Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below). - I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. - There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located. I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly.

房間乾淨衞生，有餐具，除了不平的平底鍋還算很滿意 房間入住5天不給打掃是有點不滿意 洗衣服10樓上有投幣洗衣機和烘乾機，洗衣機洗到一半漏水，浪費了300日幣洗衣費，至於洗衣機乾淨與否不知

すごく綺麗なところでした！ アメニティが記載されてなかったのでタオルやドライヤーなど持参しましたが、タオルは宿泊につき2枚付いてきたりドライヤーもシャワールームにありました！ エレベーターが行きたい階を押しても上がらなかったり、押した階を通り過ぎてしまったり少し怖かったです。 エレベーターを使う時は、行きたい階を押す→閉める→行きたい階のボタンが点滅中に195と押すと動いてくれます。

連泊だったので、歯ブラシ、タオルは2日分用意しておいていただけたら有り難かったです。 でも、ベッド、シャワールーム、トイレに至るまでキレイで快適に過ごせました。 ドミトリーは初めてで心配だったのですが、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

整個酒店比較新，十分有年輕現代感，又不失日式特色。印象比較深刻的是公共區域的書吧，有很多介紹日本文化的書籍。房間乾淨衞生清爽，浴室也很舒適。下次還會再選這家！

1 シャワーで温水が中々出なくて凍えた カランの温度を目一杯最大にしてしばらく出したらお湯が出ると書いてあり、その通りに。 ぬるま湯のまま変わらない 最大のもう一個先のボタン押してさらに最大まであげて10分くらいして最後の方でようやくお湯が出た。 東南アジアの安宿じゃないんだからこれは改善すべき。 しかも外国人には絶対分からない。 2 爆音のイビキが目の前にいるのかってくらい朝まで聞こえた。これは運が悪いことだとは思いますが、 構造的に音が聞こえやすい作りな気がする。 ほんとに寝れなかった。 3 部屋が暑すぎる これは自分で操作して下げたが最初から適温にした方が良い シャワーは冷たいし、寝れないし、土日で7000円以上したし良い思い出はありません

無人報道櫃檯，通過信件寄送電梯密碼，自助平板報到也很簡單使用。 交誼廳大，且設施完整，提供供夜間班機旅客很友善

以前も泊まりましたが、とても綺麗で大人数のお部屋もあるのでありがたいです！また泊まりたいと思います。

家族旅行で、利用させていただきました！チェックインがちょっと上手く行かなかったですが、困ったときには電話ですぐ対応してくれたので良かったです。 室内もとても綺麗で広かったので、子どもたちもゆったりとすごせました。 また、機会があれば、利用させていただきます。

เป็นห้องพักที่เหมาะมากๆกับกลุ่มเพื่อนค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาดมี 4 ฟูก แต่เราพัก 6 คน ก็นอนได้ ราคาไม่แพง มีไมโครเวฟให้ด้วยชอบตรงนี้ล่ะ เพราะตามโรงแรมจะไม่มีให้ ห้องน้ำ แยก กับห้องอาบน้ำ ดีตรงที่ไม่ต้องรอกันเข้าระหว่างคนอาบน้ำ กับคนเข้าห้องน้ำ/ โซนห้องนอนจะมีฮีสเตอร์ให้แต่พอเปิดประตูออกมาด้านนอกโซนอ่างล้างหน้า ห้องครัว ห้องน้ำ จะหนาวมากไม่มีฮีสเตอร์ / ห้องพักนี้จะเป็นสไตล์อพาร์ทเม้นท์ เวลาขึ้นลิฟท์ จะต้องกดชั้น ตามด้วยรหัส code ที่ได้รับตอนจองทุกครั้ง ระบบความปลอดภัยแน่น ^^ และสุดท้ายการเช็คอินต้องขึ้นไปที่ชั้น 3 และเช็คอินด้วยตนเองที่หน้าคอมค่ะ
