I paid for breakfast for three people, so I have the right to a meal ticket I paid for three triple-room breakfasts, but I don't understand that two people visit and give me two breakfast tickets. I think it's right for the hotel to give me three breakfast tickets that I paid for. I think it's not the hotel's decision, but the customer's choice.

Great stay with exceptional breakfast! HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Sapporo Park offers a fantastic variety of breakfast options, from Japanese specialties to Western classics, all freshly prepared and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring Sapporo. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great dining options. No the best onset, but ok at the same time.

This is my 2nd time to this hotel and I am disappointed with my choice this time. 1. the small room 2. with dirt stains on the carpet. 3. housekeeping lugging a vacuum around but after “clean up” hairs are still all over carpet 4. the short hairs on the bathroom wall when we checked in. Management really need to do through clean up the carpets and get housekeeping up to standard. Japan suppose to be well known for cleanliness. Disappointing!!

Great accommodation! Very spacious and tidy! There are couple of car parking near the hotel and the price is very reasonable especially it’s location is near the city centre

The room comfortably accommodated three people, and its proximity to Nakajimakoen train station was a major plus. However, we were disappointed to learn upon check-in that air conditioning was unavailable outside of summer. The central system was set to heater, making the room quite stuffy for three guests over our four-night stay. Unlike other Sapporo hotels where we had the flexibility to adjust the in-room temperature, this lack of control was a significant drawback. We hope the hotel will consider offering greater air conditioning flexibility in the future, as this issue would otherwise deter us from returning.

Hotel room is way too small if you booked the categories - double room. Electricity is unstable at level 8 and will cut off without informing us. Cleanliness of the room so so only.

Location is okay. Brightness of the room and the corridor are insufficient. Cleanliness of the room has to improve.

Location is easy access but not close to the main area Room is clean but bit tiny so it gets hot easily Staffs are super good and friendly !

Big rooms with a couch. Facilities in the hotel included a communal bath. Big hotel so could be busy at times. The only thing that lets it down is the distance from the train station, aside from that it is in a good location.

Great experience, convenient,clean and excellent service

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.

This is exactly good for family traveling and it's very accessible

Perfect stay for 3 days with family. Rich variety of different breakfast. Onsen is awesome.
