Good location, hotel clean but for four people is a big small in the room and then the staff cannot speak English so if you need anything, maybe you have to figure it out by yourself but all is nice

I like the hotel. The staff are accommodating and some can speak English. It's near the Jr station making it convenient for shopping.

It is in a very convenient location near Odori Park and the shopping area just few minutes away by walking. Love their buffet breakfast especially the omelette and pancake. We will definitely come back again.

Great location in center of Sapporo. on site underground parking was a great feature. Many convenience stores and dining places nearby.

The buffet breakfast is particularly good and exceeds our expectation. Overall, our stay is a nice experience although there is an 8-minute walking distance between the hotel and Sapporo Station.

Cannot find hotel location with its Chinese name”漢字”-新大谷 in google maps. Suggest to put a notice on description such as please google the hotel location by “New Otani inn”

For the price, its worth it but the rooms are outdated and dirty. The bidet was filthy. However location wise, its good.

It is a nice hotel that cleans rooms every 3rd day of the stay.

Good location. The toilet is a bit old and the water a bit stuck in the bathroom.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีโรงแรมนึงเลย ห้องพักกว้างขวางวางกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ได้สบายๆ อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบ ที่นี่จะไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดห้องพักทุกวันนะ พนักงานก็บริการดี ด้านล่างของโรงแรมก็มีร้านขายของฝากด้วย สิ่งที่ดีมากๆที่อยากจะบอก คือ ขนมที่โรงแรมนี้อร่อยมากๆ มีโอกาสได้ชิม Afternoon Tea โอ้ย…ฟินมาก นอกจากจะอร่อยแล้วหน้าตายังดีอีกด้วย จะต้องไปชิมขนมที่โรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอน ตลอดเวลา 5 วันที่พักอยู่ที่นี่หิมะตกทุกวันเลย ฟินเข้าไปอีก รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ เดินไปสถานีรถไฟ Sapporo ได้ง่ายๆ หรือจะเดินไปในแหล่ง Shopping ก็เดินได้สบายๆ มา Sapporo มีกิจกรรมให้ทำเยอะเลย ไม่เบื่อแน่นอน โรงแรมนี้มีบริการรถเช่าด้วยจ้า แต่ต้องจองให้ทันนะ

位置：當時選這家酒店就是擔心下大雪需要雪地拉行李，點評説可以直接從地下通道過來，但確實是不行的。幾乎在地下通道迷路了，最後發現22-23號出口相對比較近，23號還是有電梯的。 衞生：酒店是第一二天不清潔，不過可以讓客房服務員收一下垃圾。 房間大小：房間在日本來説算比較大，起碼可以打開兩個大箱子。 隔音：剛好房間在轉角處，隔音不錯，聽不到樓道的聲音。 床：床也是很舒服，尤其他們家的枕頭，很喜歡！ 服務：酒店前台沒有碰上英語很好的，但是也能溝通上，客房服務員就衹能靠翻譯軟件來溝通了。

アメニティも充実しており、札幌駅も歩ける距離にあり、セイコーマートも近くに２つあり、立地が素晴らしかったです。また利用したいです！
