A large hotel with an amazing atrium dining area. Staff were friendly but not insistent. Very convenient location to get into central Sapporo, and right next to Odori Park, where the snow festival takes place.

A clean and modern hotel with a big room. It's right next to Odori Park and you have easy access to downtown Sapporo. Just bare in mind that it's a bit of a walk from JR Sapporo Station. The room itself is also very warm in the winter so you'll be nice and cozy. I will definitely come here again.

Breakfast is really good, and can schedule you time. Room is comfortable and big.

The location is good. It is close to Odori Station and easy to walk from it. The room is also neat with large space. Highly recommend for travellers.

The location of this hotel wasn’t great.  Not many Japanese food selections around. It is not near JR station.  Room has small window.  And bedsheet is not clean and it is not cotton.

Bad to stay, unhappiness with a 200$ a night. Japanese are always wonderful and lovely people, I like them except for all the people who work at the counter check-in. They are super Lazy , Work Slow, Angry voice, Talk rude, Room is old, Please bring your own flip flop to use bathroom. Very very old hotel. bad smell, the bed sheet is old, and the pillow has a bad smell. Not clean condition. No clean service during stay. Not a place friendly for kids and family to stay. Service is horrible. Eat food outside better than inside if you are concerned about the taste and quality. Staff with bad manners and food are not good choices !. Any hotel in Sapporo is a good location. You can stay any place is fine. Always street connected and easy to walk. This can be a 1 star hotel and how they treat foreigners with such bad behavior, not welcome. For some reason the staff doesn't like foreigners at all from the words they say and treat you. Kind of insulting and being Racist ! . It doesn't matter what our nationality is but we are all human like you. Hope management will train them about human beings. My skin color shouldn't be your problem about work as staff hotel service because we paid while we stay. We pay for it. If you book a hotel for 2 nights they will ask you to check out and re-check in again everyday. Not a good atmosphere for kids. The most horrible service hotel in the world. I am sad for the hotel owner that you have recruited an employee who is very lazy and doesn't want to work at all. Please be smart to select the hotel.

Our trip to sapporo this round was aiming for Sapporo Winter Festival. It has been my dream years ago. It is such a blessing that the my room view is direct to the area of odori park. I was able to watch how they set up for the festival week. Location of hotel is walkable distance to most of the tourist spots, and also location walkable distance to tram station and train station. Since we took airport limousine bus, they dropped us straight in front of the hotel. And most importantly, i booked also package from another site that require us to wait at the lobby. Very convenient! They provide towels and aminities without us request. Thank you so much!!! Definitely will be back!

Very close to Oodori Park where the Christmas market was held. Happy with the stay. Plus point- AirPort Express bus just outside the hotel..
