Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sapporo-Susukino recensioner

This hotel is near cbd of Sapporo, it is also near red light district. Clubs and adult only entertainment shops nearby, The subway that is 1 minute walk to here doesn't have escalators or lift. I highly recommend to take aiport limousine that stops 4 mins walk to hotel (assistance luggage carrying is provided). Breakfast buffet is cold. They don't have baine marie, I suggest to go early and wait for freshly cooked tempura or zangi. Delicious! DIY ramen taste weird! Check in and check out is easy with their machine. English speaking staff, lots of free toiletries or tea and coffee to bring to your room. Umbrella can be borrowed as well. There's a microwave and coin laundry on level 2. They provide pajamas, and can be replaced every night. Luggage space is non existent as per usual Japanese 3-star hotel but you can place or store it under your bed.

The location is excellent. Right in front of subway exit. But there is no available lift/escalator. I let my room to be cleaned. The cleaner didn’t clean well and left the used towel on the floor. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights at this hotel located in the Susukino area, a lot restaurants/ pubs/ bars within walking distance. The location is convenient, amenities provided with self service, public parking just behind the hotel but the cleanliness was not as expected. Self check-in was a breeze, and the staff were always be there to guide and assist us. Room quite small but they are well-designed and functional. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel.

I used to stay in hotel next to this one everytime I come to Sapporo, but I am trying this one this time. Due to flight delay it was late when i arrived the hotel. The hotel looks quite new and not bad for its sizes. Many amenities are available at the lobby so you can pickup those you need. Check-in and out with the machine, quite efficient. It's value for its money and will definitely be staying here again when i go to Sapporo again.

An excellent choice. Room is big n comfy bed n tv can connect to Netflix n YouTube. Free pyjamas n toiletries at lobby such as, bath salts, nody lotion, body milk, hair wax, hair tie, comb, face masks, cleansing oil, lots more.. coffee, green tea, dajeeling, earl grey.. location is about 5mins from airport shuttle. Street car is also around there. Its in the city centre. Department stores closes early.. uniqlo/Gu 7pm.. dome halal friendly restaurants nearby. Don quiote megamall 24hrs, mister donuts till 12am.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Sotetsu Fresa. The location is excellent, with a subway exit right in front of the hotel and Susukino Station just a 5-minute walk away. The room was new, clean, and comfortable. Basic amenities are available at the lobby, and there's a convenient laundry facility on-site.

The location is one of the best in susukino, so close with konbini also. And in front of hotel already subway entrance. Room was clean also with a good of amenities smell, and for self services amenities from lobby also have a great choice. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location. Close to shopping street, Susukino area and 5 minutes walk to bus stop to New Chitose Airport. Moreover, all staffs are very kind. They help us calling to several restaurants to get the table for our groups. Very impressive for all of us. Definitely recommended!!!

Location and services are good but the room is slightly smaller, need self check in but staffs can help.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is not far from the airport bus station.

Spacious room for Japan and a proper queen sized bed. Easy walk to everything in the centre and subway was at the door.

Great hotel. Ideal location just outside the subway station. Walking distance to the shopping street and Nijo market. Took a free shuttle bus to another seafood market for lunch. Very clean and the reception is most helpful. Will stay again.
