Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo recensioner

Location near Sapporo train station. There is a 10 minute walk each way.convenient to metro. Excellent breakfast. Nice room and view on 18th floor for 3 night stay. See photo. My only comment is that this 5-star hotel does not have a hot spring bath, charges 3,300 Yen (~25 usd) to use gym and sauna, and charges to use indoor swimming pool. Similarly, a nearby 3-star hotel includes these amenities and is free no charge.

The hotel is around 8 minutes walk from Sapporo station, it’s very convenient and good location. 7E is just opposite of the hotel. The room is quite big for 3 person to stay in and amenities are provided as well as towels. It is clean as well. However, downside is even though this is a 4 star hotel, there is a smoking area near the lobby and the toilet which is smelly when we are near it.. And the hotel do not have a coin laundry room which other smaller hotel chains have. So we have to walk 10 - 15 minutes to the nearest coin laundry to do our clothes washing.

Excellent experience during our 4 nights stay. It would be better if there is coin laundry service. Nice breakfast

Keio Plaza is famous for its quality service and Keio plaza Sapporo does not disappoint. Special mention goes to its buffet breakfast which travellers should not miss. Experience it and you will know what I mean.

Near to the sapporo station but little further that i thought with kids and luggage through the snow. Rooms are nice and warm.

Very recommended hotel. The hotel provide service above and beyond. They allow us to store luggage for few days. Location near JR station sapporo.

Several times, good services including the trainee who carried the luggages and guide us to my room. I wrote an compliment for her to the hotel. Japanese breakfast was good and the view from restaurant at 22/F was excellent.

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

The location of the hotel is great. Close to JR, and convenient store is nearby. The room is spacious that you can open two big luggage and still have many room for walking. And I personally love the big window which I can watch the snow from the room.

All the staff are very welcoming ~ The design of hotel is very grand. All the staff can speak fluent English. The room is super comfortable; enough space for opening two suitcases 👍🏻👍🏻 Amenities are well equipped. Highly recommend!

The service is excellent as usual. Breakfast is very good with many choices.

Hotel is wonderful! It’s close to train stations and restaurants, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast alone is worth staying at the hotel! I would go back just for the breakfast. It has such a variety with plenty of authentic Hokkaido dishes. Every day about 80% of breakfast has different items so we ate there every day of our stay! Incredible!!

All is good except the toiletries not good enough. Prefer to be in big bottle and could pump to use instead disposable small bottles. Quality can be better, with nicer smell
