Fantastic breakfast, fantastic location! Will come back here again for sure.

The hotel is located across the street from the south exit of JR Sapporo Station, and with easy access to a big shopping area as well as JR and metro systems through the underground pedestrian system. The single-person room I stayed for five nights is not large, but a comfortable one. A double bed with a high-quality firm mattress enables me enjoy my sleep every night. The central air-conditioning system works very well, not dry nor noisy. The only thing I would add in the room is a small safe box. Overall, it's a very nice deal.

We were not notified w any sign that the hotel is under renovation. The noise didn’t appear to affect us perhaps we were outside most of the day. But the building is covered and my room window is basically taped entirely by plastic wrapping that makes you feel like you are in a locked room with only walls. Check in a family took me 20 minutes with staff putting those paper one by one, and, in the interim serving other needs. Rarely and surprising there is no laundry service as a 4 star hotel. Furnitures are old and make me feel like back to the 80s. No electric plugs near the bed. There is a cable charger but the one for iphone use is broken. The room is so small is fine. But the design is not smart enough to allow you open the fridge door. You got to pull the sofa to enable the full opening Bedding is not comfy. There is sheet cover on mattress but it not soft. I was supposed to return to this hotel after heading to another city. I m glad i cancel my returning booking and switched to Forza a nearby even is a 3 star is soooo much better than this place. Will not come again despite the location and breakfast is super.

Connected to Sapporo station with walkway to its basement floor (through some stairs - not fully accessible by wheelchair), a small Lobby is on the 7th floor with self service baggage storage (you can ask for back office storage if you have multiple bags), its a long walk from the elevator to the room and the room is a bit small but OK. lots of good restaurants and shops around and easy transportation with JR, subway and buses.

A very convenient and easy to commute place. Lots of amenities within walking distance.

Room is very big and clean. Beds were very comfortable too! There is an onsen provided by the hotel too. Short walk from Sapporo station

Perfect location just right opposite daimaru and connected towards JR Station. Subway is linked from underground too. All connected so its very convenient. Room is of a decent size. Everything is provided, check in and check out was hassle free.

The hotel is opposite the train station, there is a shopping area below, convenient for all activities.

The location of the hotel is good, but it’s difficult to communicate with the hotel staffs in English. We bought a melon to hotel and asked one of the staff whether can give a knife to cut the melon to enable us to share the melon. Unfortunately, the staff only provided us a small plastic knife (like those from McDonald’s) which is impossible to cut the melon. The attitude of the staff is very bad, just asked us to speak Japanese. We approached another staff who eventually help us to cut the melon into pieces.

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

Just opposite Sapporo station, great breakfast, room is clean and well decorated. Highly recommended !

The hotel is very close to Sapporo JR station which very convenience to catch the train to the airport for morning flight.

Location is very good, just opposite Daimaru. Very near to JR and subways within minutes and hotel accessible via underground pass. Most day trips pickup is near the Sapporo station, so its a good base to stay at. Check-in and check-out is fast. Allow lugguage storage for a few days while we travel to another city. Room is small however with the price and location, its worth it.

The location is good. The room is small as predicted. Will not recommend to those who need a bigger space.
