Went there with family for weekend and had a very comfortable stay with all the amenities that one could expect in a high end hotel. The view of Saputara lake from the hotel is equally amazing. It has a heated swimming pool. The assortment of food in the restaurant is good however can be enhanced further. Overall, it is a good place for a comfortable staycation.

During my stay, I encountered several issues, including discolored (dark yellow) water in the bathroom, a non-functional Wi-Fi connection, and an air conditioning unit with an unpleasant odor—all occurring in two separate rooms simultaneously, suggesting a broader systemic issue across the hotel. Additionally, it appeared that maintenance work was being carried out on the swimming pool. Given these shortcomings, it is difficult to justify the premium rates charged, as the overall service quality was more in line with a two-star experience rather than a five-star establishment. On a positive note, the rooms matched the images advertised, the food was excellent, and the location was convenient. However, aside from the dining experience and location, I would not recommend staying here. If you visit, it should be for the restaurant, not the accommodation.

Very bad experience, very unhygienic food and impolite staff, front desk non cooperative, hair strands found in food. Especial complaint against Samsung, Kritika Sahu and Deepesh Pratap

We are come for weeding... It was amazing stay at sunotel... Amazing welcoming by receptionist... One one the best property for destination wedding ... Nice service.. Room was very nice...... We recommend all.... Amazing service.......

This is a very well maintained resort, I went with my family. The view from the 10th floor is incredible,. Very tasty food, nice room, house keeping service is very fast. Energetic staff👍 and the service at the cencen Spa was amazing. I recommend it for a happy moment with the family.

It was fantastic visit to kyros restaurant food and hospitality was far beyond so so amazing i would definitely recommend........................................ Open terrace restaurant and view towards the lake is so beautiful ❤️ Will definitely visit again

The best hotel in Saputara. We stayed 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room amenities rivals US hotels. Breakfast and dinner were beyond satisfying. Staff is something to rave about. All in all, very very happy stay. Will definitely visit again when in India.
