Kyriad Direct Orleans Nord - Cap Saran

1 - The receptionist with the cool trainers was very nice, and very helpful. Firstly - our rooms were wrong. We had asked for a double and twin, and got two doubles. We had to ask for the correct rooms, and after some discussion, we were given the right rooms. Secondly - The rooms, apart from the beds, were dirty all over, some broken and worn furniture, stains, and general filth all over. The air-conditioning exit was utterly filthy and the filter had clearly never been changed. Reminded me of a cheap B&B in Glasgow, in 1990.. awful. Thirdly - we paid extra for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was between 8 and 10am. We came down at 9:15 and there was nothing left. No cereal, no bread, just a couple of pain au chocolats and a croissant. When my wife politely asked if there was more, she was rudely told that it was Saturday, and their supplies arrived on Monday, so they'd ran out. Not great when we have two hungry 12 year olds. Really, really disappointed. I didn't expect total luxury, just a decent place to stay overnight on a long journey. It cost me £130 altogether, absolutely terrible value for money. The website pictures really make the place look way, way, way better than reality. Avoid.

Après un accueil formidable de la Directrice, qui nous a vu arriver et comme l'hôtel est situé à coté de restaurants elle nous a gardé une place de parking, un accueil chaleureux , un hôtel bien décoré, la propreté des chambres, un bon petit déjeuner, ce n'était qu'une nuit pour étape mais nous reviendrons

Hôtel en bordure de nationale mais bénéficie d’une bonne isolation phonique même à l’avant. Chambre petite mais propre et refaite aux standards actuels. Seul souci pour la taille de la douche (je suis un peu large d’épaules). Le lit est très bien. L’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, il ne manque rien pour nous. Le parking devant l’hôtel est ouvert. Les restaurants voisins directs évitent de ressortir la voiture pour dîner.

Joli hôtel parfaitement rénové déco, confort et propreté et en plus climatisé un vrai bonheur pour cet hôtel 2 etoiles, bon rapport qualité prix, literie neuve et confortable, Petit déjeuner varié et copieux Tout près de l autoroute Des restaurant à proximité Buffalo et Léon et restaurant italien. Un kyriad au top 👌

Hôtel très bien placé, facile d'accès, qualité supérieure à un hôte deux étoiles, excellent accueil, sourire, amabilité. Chambre confortable, belle décoration, très propre, je ne suis jamais déçu quand je viens dans cet hôtel. Restaurants à proximité et parking gratuit.

J’ai été très bien reçu, l’accueil est très à l’écoute. Nous avons choisi la chambre supérieur luxe, avec ma femme elle est très belle, cette hôtel est très bien placé, très bien entretenu et surtout propre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
