We had a pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the exceptional receptionist who definitely deserves a raise. He was incredibly sweet, always helpful, and made our experience truly memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to numerous bars, supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries. However, the proximity to the boulevard and promenade meant it was quite loud, especially during the festival, making it more suitable for party-goers than those seeking a quiet vacation. We used the pool a couple of times, and despite its age, it offered a beautiful view and a great spot to watch the sunset. The entire staff, including the owner and cleaners, were very friendly and accommodating. I asked to get a better pillow and they tried to get it for me immediately without any problem. We also took a boat trip, which we highly recommend. On the downside, a few issues affected our stay. The furniture, especially on the balcony and rooftop, was old and not very clean. The AC was not functioning properly, and the shower design caused water to flood the bathroom floor. Additionally, my pajamas were lost, possibly taken by the cleaner by mistake. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our stay and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

The staff at this hotel have no regard to personnel properly. A staff member scratched my car with his motorcycle and claimed he did not do it. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel when staff damages property and does nothing to acknowledge the damage. I saw him do it as well.

After coming back from a three day trip from Llogara I stayed there for one night (before continuing to Pogradec). I'm wondering about the recent reviews, maybe I was just lucky but I totally enjoyed my stay. The room was ok, it was clean. I booked that hotel because of the view and that was good from my balcony and amazing from the rooftop with the pool. Breakfast was good and individually prepared (from a menu I ticked what I wanted). Just 50 meters away (down) there is a scooter rental with well maintained scooters.

Hôtel pas sérieux ils n'avaient pas de place de dispo pour la voiture dans leur parking alors ils ont mis la voiture sur le trottoir devant l'hôtel et au final l'agence du véhicule de location me dit vous avez eu un PV pour stationnement dans la nuit. L'hôtel n'as pas payé me répond plus au tel depuis qu'ils savent pour l'amende et en plus ils m'ont fait payer 2 fois le prix de ma chambre vraiment pas honnête alors que j'avais louer avec parking inclus
