Smoke-Free Property: This property is designated non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a $500 fine and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Respectful Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Security Measures: For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior security camera is in place. Please be assured there are no interior cameras. Guest Assistance: We are available to assist you between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST. Scheduled Lawn Care: Please be aware that weekly lawn maintenance will require occasional access to the property. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note - Initial Starter kit will be provided (paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer).
