I am disabled. I booked a ground floor room. That didn't work. Less than a week before our booking, they put me on the second floor. I called. The manager said, sorry, no deal.Sold out. I said I can't stay there then. She said, well, I have a business to run. We couldn't get our money back. I can't believe the callous and mean tone she took. Then, my wife and I got COVID. I said, again, we don't want to infect anyone else, please cancel our reservation. She said, COVID is the past, don't worry about it. I don't now what she was thinking, but it obviously was not about her guests: she would have let us infect you? Yes. I'm glad we didn't stay there.

Our stay at Siesta palms was fantastic. the unit was clean and well maintained. plenty of towels!. having the beach chairs available was a great plus. the beach is just a short walk from the unit. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. the pool area was clean and well taken care of. We hope to visit again in the future.

Our unit was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet but easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and other local amenities. The management team answered all of our questions before arrival and were great in communicating with us during our stay. We look forward to booking again in 2024!

Our Cottage was just as it looked in the pictures, only better! The pictures don't show you that you have a choice of pillow firmness or how comfortable the beds were. Or that the cute patio off your bedroom is perfect for breakfast, serenaded by birds and serene surroundings. The walk to the beach access path is so close we walked past our unit more than once, lol. The provided beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels were such a big plus, so convenient. A full kitchen and fully stocked with cookware, dishware and utensils, even a corkscrew (thanks for that!) Clean, quiet, comfortable, a 10 in our minds, we will be back! Oh and the big shower with nice hot water was great after a day of snorkeling and wading in the clear waters.

Loved the fact that check in and parking was so easy, and the proximity to the beautiful shell filled beach was just a few minutes walk away. Our condo was very clean on the inside, but the back patio needed some sprucing up. The broken and moldy fountain was an eyesore and some mulch and tree trimming would be an easy fix to the outdoor area, enough to make my review a 5 Star one *****
