Baymont by Wyndham Sarasota recensioner

Very disappointed.Very dirty place.Price is not acceptable for such a bad quality hotel.

Location very convenient. But the facilities were run down. There was repair going on, so perhaps they were improving it. The staff was very cooperative, any upgraded our room the first room had an u pleasant odor.

I stay here often and I'm ALWAYS satisfied with the front desk service.The entire front desk staff has been truly exceptional and willing to assist with anything to make sure your stay is safe and comfortable.The rooms are clean and accommodating for myself, family and friends+ our small dog 🐶. Breakfast is good also. Huge pool and area to enjoy the day outside

Room smelt like smoke and there is alot of smokers around

I knew it would be the basic grab and go breakfast, it was no-frills - even more basic than expected. Besides the front desk staff, the staff I interacted with didn’t speak English with was somewhat frustrating. The only working ice machine was on the ground level. The elevator was broken (my room was on the 2nd floor). This place was good enough for 1 night. In the future, unless the price was something I couldn’t pass up, I wouldn’t stay here for any longer length of time.

Front desk people were so kind

Staff very friendly with the exception of this lady named Denise. She is the only one whomis ride for no reason. I feel that she she not be in the customer service industry. When she is there by herself she is harming your name/brand. She doesn't even know how the Wyndham rewards work. I am a diamond mem ber and get a free upgrade to a suite when I asked her About it she got an attitude with me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about so I even showed her where it says it on the Wyndham app. Other than that all the staff is great John the G.M is probably one of the best managers I have seen at a hotel. It is a great location being just a few minutes from downtown.

I was pleased with my stay at the Baymont, the location is good for going back and forth to the beach on a budget. The staff was courteous.

Great experience

Fue una experiencia de terror lo peor que he tenido en la vida. Si pudiera dar cero lo haría. Las instalaciones deterioradas , había un hoyo en la duda, lucia asqueroso lleno de moho, el olor a humedad era terrible y solo permanecimos 30 minutos en la habitación porque tuvimos que dejar el hotel no era un lugar acto para dormir. Lo único bueno fue que la chica inmediatamente aceptó hacernos la cancelación
