Saratoga Arms

I have wanted to stay at this hotel ever since my son enrolled at Skidmore College. I had the opportunity to book a room at a reasonable rate in early November. I highly recommend this hotel. My room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. My stay included the breakfast package—the breakfasts here are delicious, with generous portion sizes. There is a small fitness area in the basement, as well as two rooms on the first floor where you can enjoy an after dinner drink. It was too cold to sit out on the porch in November, but I read that during the warmer months, cocktails are available to purchase and guests can sit outside on the porch. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is the very generous (some would say decadent) snack bar for guests. Free, plentiful sweet and savory treats to enjoy through the day. I can’t wait to return.

Perfection at its finest. Saratoga Arms is, by far, our favorite hotel around the world. The staff, the kindness, the atmosphere, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, breakfast, amenities.....I could keep going! All the 5 star reviews are spot on.

Saratoga Arms is a wonderful, family-owned inn in downtown Saratoga Springs, right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, and cafés. Before your stay, you will be asked your preferences for room temperature, amenities, linens, etc. — and that is a precursor to the warm welcome and the personal guest services you’ll receive upon arrival and during your stay! The inn and its rooms are quaint and historical, with lovely touches throughout. We loved every minute of our stay!
