Terre de Maquis

We had an unforgettable stay at Terre de Maquis. Claire and Philippe were incredibly kind and welcoming and you instantly feel at home. The house is tucked away in the Corsican maquis, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Sagone. Everything is beautifully designed, peaceful, and full of soul. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, homemade, and probably one of the best we’ve ever had. Every detail here reflects love and care. This place is more than just a stay — it’s a true experience of Corsican authenticity. We left feeling recharged and already planning to come back. Thank you again, Claire and Philippe and hope to see you soon!

My wife and I were lucky to have found this wonderful place in Corsica. We stayed there 3 nights, the accommodations are comfortable, and the garden ... exceptional, cannot find words to describe. A sincere MERCI BEAUCOUP to Claire and Philippe for this hospitality.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful B&B in Corsica the first week in October. Our experience there was wonderful. The location is perfect, within relatively short driving distance to many of the best places to visit in the northern part of Corsica. The views from the terrace where breakfast is served and from the pool deck are absoulutely stunning. I particularly enjoyed looking out over the moutains and down to the Mediterranean while relaxing in the heated pool, which is clean and well kept. The property, landscaping, kitchen area, and our room have been designed with the highest level of artistry and care thanks to Claire and Phillipe, who have put a tremendous amount of their love and energy into creating this slice of paradise. The peaceful setting, the gorgeous sunsets, the gentle sounds of goat bells in the area, and the homemade breakfast items made this a highlight of our vacation. The best part of all was meeting our warm and gracious hosts Claire and Phillipe, who made us feel completely relaxed and at home as we enjoyed their hospitality. We highly recommend staying at Terre de Maquis for anyone visiting Corsica!

The highlight of our two week trip was staying at Terre de Maquis with Claire and Philippe. Every detail was perfection, the space is better than the nicest five star resort. The view, the pool and grounds, the absolutely pristine and delightful rooms with terraces, are all most enjoyable. No detail is overlooked to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. But the best part of all is being taken care of by two unforgettable hosts. Claire and Philippe will make you feel at home before you even arrive and they will be the reason you don't want to leave! Thank you a million times, Claire and Philippe, for our incredible stay and how you made our time something we will always cherish!

Merveilleux séjour Accueil chaleureux de Claire & Philippe. Très belle chambre, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Jardin et vue â couper le souffle. Le village est également accueillant avec sa magnifique église St Martin et 2 restaurants à proximité immédiate (5 min à pieds) La définition de « Maison d’hôtes » dans toute sa splendeur. En echt paradijs! In een rustige omgeving, hoog, met uitzicht over de heuvels en de zee. Het is een plek om tot rust te komen. De kamers en de tuin zijn met liefde en oog voor detail ingericht en gestyled en het ontbreekt aan niks. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en compleet, met mooie lokale producten, zelfs jam gemaakt van fruit uit de eigen tuin. En dan Claire en Philippe, een ontzet lief, warm en behulpzaam stel. Ze laten je direct thuis voelen. Ik kan niet anders dan hopen dat we snel kunnen terugkomen.
