We booked in February for August 2023 and cancelled in March, so 4,5 months in advance. They refused our money back! they had no damage. Nothing about this policy on their website were we booked. On booking sites it sais *pay in advance* and *non-refundable*. So, be careful ! They refused 5 times. we argued: no policy on your website, so no costs allowed afterwards. We payed with Paypal so we claimed our money back. Paypal forced them to pay back all the money. Horrible experience. They even suggested we claim back our money from our insurance... very dubious. So book on their own website where there is still no policy mentioned. or do not book at all.
