Main Central Avenue Basement Studio

Great for the basics The room was clean and in good repair, furnished just as advertised. Was equipped with toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge with freezer, and drawers with tableware and a few cooking utensils. As I was staying a few days, I asked for a small container of dish soap and a sponge which was quickly provided, but it was definitely awkward washing dishes in the bathroom sink. I would recommend renters bring a triple-plug extension cord (as there was only one free outlet spot at the end of an extension cord that reached near the bed), and perhaps a bedside lamp. The parking spot behind the fence off the alley was safe and lit, but the back gate was difficult to get into, difficult to keep latched once inside, and impossible to properly latch after having exited the yard; a simple latch repair would fix that. The owner communicated well, was pleasant, professional, and timely.

This studio is large, bright and clean. You can see that the owners are trying hard to make it as comfortable as possible. Communication was timely. The backyard was large and beautiful. I enjoyed a movie as well as Prime and Netflix were available. You can hear the street earlier in the evening but when everything quiets down it is very quiet. There's also a water cooler in the room coffee available a microwave available an ironing board available. Overall I would recommend this place.

Central Avenue Basement Studio It was a great stay. Property had everything we needed for this trip. Nice, quiet area and back yard. Easy to get to.
