Private: garden 70 m2 (fenced) with lawn, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Public parking 20 m on the road. Shop, restaurant, bar 20 m, sandy beach "Puntone" 35 km. Marina 35 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Roccastrada 8 km, Roccatederighi 3 km, Grosseto 30 km, Massa Marittima 30 km, Siena 60 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
