No lunch n dinner facility available in resort, no any indoor out door activities available, only staff behaviour is good.

Small removes are really bad, rooms have windows with no views, plus no sound proof windows water dripping sound in the rainy season is part of the room, cleaning is zero percent, hair everywhere. Rooms need pest control spiders everywhere even in the bathroom, electrical fault in rooms unfinished false ceiling, the hotel really needs a vacuum cleaners, also room fresher if it fits in there budget, i got 1 room upgrade because i had family group of 4, service is ok no complaints, swimming pool was dirty green so it doesn't matter to them really to keep it clean for you. Plus booking swimming pool less hotels makes more sense in rainy season and winter season because no one wants to get in. No toiletries provided except body wash and hand wash. I didn't click images to the point of the faults if they know it will they will fix it.

The room and ambiance was good but the toiletaries was not upto mark as i have chosen bathtub suit. Plus cupboard was broken

rooms are clean and staff are supporting. breakfast is good but costly. location is long from mahabaleshwar but if you have your private vehicles then you should go for it. overall experience is good

Our money waste we count cancel and stay there also not refund the money worst. Condition no spa swimming pool and bathroom wants renovation and bad in condition spoiled our mood
