I have nothing good to say about my stay. Staff is not only highly incompetent but need some serious attitude adjustment, especially in Front office (Kishan a.k.a Foe). I called them in the morning that the train will reach by 10.30PM and we will check in by 10:45 PM. Mr Kisan promptly told me that the restaurant will close by 10.30 and there's nothing he could do to arrange dinner for us. I made the necessary arrangements for my family only to see the restaurant was catering to guests till 11:45PM. I asked Mr Kisan (FOE) as to why can't we have dine given the restaurant is operational to which I received a staunch reply that it was closed at 10.30. I asked someone else can't I get a cup of tea, to which he said of course you can. I am not sure if there was a motivation behind such behaviour but surely feels like it. The restaurant management is horrible as well. A few basic item like tea and uttapam were not served because they didn't have electricity. It would take multiple follow-ups to get something as simple as a glass of water. We booked the suite for 3 members. The toiletries in the bathroom were for 2. After informing them of the same, it took them 3 hours to finally give us an extra towel. One of the guys even informed the front desk that he had informed someone twice, but nothing. While checking out, we decided to take our our own luggage as we lost hope that someone would actually come to pick them up after 15 mins (and the driver was getting impatient) We were in Satna just for the night after which we were moving towards Panna Tiger Reserves. The hotel manager booked us a cab and finalized the price at 2300. After reaching half way, the driver said the tiger reserve is in Madla and not Panna. I very clearly stated where I am headed and why. I am not a local who'd understand that Panna Tiger Reserve is in Panna or Madla. He asked for additional 700 or he would drop us till Panna. The entire thing is a scam Please keep in mind that all hotel staff are local people (perfectly fine) having 0 experience in hospitality or hotel management (not fine). They move around cussing people around completely unaware of their surroundings. The room size was good, if you are comfortable with a dimly lit passage, a stained toilet and dirty bed sheets

Spacious clean rooms. Good service. Staffs were friendly. Food quality was good. They can improve breakfast spread.

Overall location food amenities services are good but room size is small there is insufficient space
