Far from Pattaya bus terminal but good location for chilling. Most guests were Thai people. Hotel service is just ok, not a special as the price.

my first solo trip for my birthday, and I had a truly wonderful stay at U-Pattaya. The room was beautiful with an incredible view, especially for a sunset lover like me! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made my stay extra special. I want to give special compliments to a few people: Aod (Night Shift): I was taking pictures alone late at night for my birthday, and Aod took the time to leave his work and offer his help. He also suggested me to visit the swimming pool and take some pictures, which was an amazing idea! May and Yui (F&B): I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to May and Yui for helping me during the breakfast time. After I checked out, I was enjoying some mocktails by the pool, and May approached me for a small chat. She made me feel warm and less lonely. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. Kan also made sure to check on me frequently to see if I needed anything, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel: He was friendly and professional during check-in and even walked me to my room, which was a lovely touch. Bom: Bom was very friendly, greeting me and checking in to see how my stay was going upon checked out I was a little disappointed with the experience at checkout. I called reception to inform that I would be coming down in 10 mins as I wasn’t feeling well and almost done with the luggage. However, the bellman came up in 5 mins and waited outside the door with it open which made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for the lovely decoration and cake. I will definitely be back for another stay!

We were desappointed about the hotel: We had a room (105)which was ok but very expensive: almost 19000 bahts for 2 nights＞ 9000 bahts per night; no view ( just a wall) There’s no mirror in front of the lavatory ( just one on the side) On Friday evening we went for a drink and we waited around 30 minutes to be served  2/5 **{ 2 stars over 5)

I've booked the pool villa room, everything is very nice and clean. The swimming pool is big enough to swim and doesn't have any chlorine smell. Breakfast is anytime and ready to serve in the room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very recommend for staycation!

Hotel was amazing! loved the 2 bedroom villa, private pool was really cool n had that privacy you’d want. Hotel breakfast was yum and the mini snack they served when checking in was also good!

Love the infinity pool and the beach is just right next to the hotel. It is 30 mins drive from downtown but you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea. Breakfast is ok but the view looking at the pool is perfect

The room is very big. Comfy bed. Breakfast is just ok. Location is not convenient to access. (Very far from main road and few hotel signage)

Excellent service I can tell in my life

The place looks fantastic and the service is up to expectation. It is clean, spacious, and you will be welcomed by the friendly staff ever. The front infinity pool is amazing. The landscape of the place is well designed. Everywhere you look at you will feel relaxed.
