We are delighted to have you as our guest in this beautifully construction to period times, a true gem dating back to 1886 with modern amenities. As you step into this newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, you'll be transported to a bygone era, seamlessly blending with modern flair. Each room tells a story with its Wood covered wall from reclaimed wood from the original to the structure architectural details. The master bedroom has direct access to the rejuvenated shared courtyard, adorned with original 1700s "Savannah Gray" bricks—truly a place to soak up the city's historic charm. Your comfort is our priority, and this flat is equipped with a amenity stocked kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, TVs in every room, superior management, and accommodations that are second to none. Additional amenities await to enhance your stay. The property's location is a gateway to the best of Savannah—its finest food, iconic sights, and must-visit attractions. With River St just a 10-minute walk away and Forsyth Park a mere 15 minutes from your doorstep, you'll find yourself in the midst of all the city has to offer, effortlessly exploring its squares, sights, and culinary delights in the most walkable city in the States The entire building has undergone a beautiful transformation, reviving the style it was known for in its heyday. The grounds are meticulously maintained, boasting the Southern charm for which Savannah is renowned. Your street level apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers easy access to the shared spaces, including the courtyard. While these areas are shared with fellow guests, this unit has its own laundry facility for your convenience. This apartment is handicap accessible with only one step. There is metered street parking on Lincoln, Price streets and Oglethorpe Ave across the building. The meter is conviently located on the corner of Price and Oglethorpe A gentle reminder that our property operates much like an Inn, and we kindly request that all shared spaces be treated with dignity and respect at all times. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 8 pm and 8 am, as per city ordinance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
