Will never return to this hotel, EVER!! Customer service is everything in the hospitality business, if there was a zero that would be there score. You can't dress up ghetto and put it at the front desk and expect Marriot service. Paid with Marriot rewards, the hotel charged my card 500.00 in deposits, and did not give back $50.00 cash deposit. Hotel manager tried to saying card kept declining. I told her it did not the money has been pulled from my account. She then got argumentative with me about my checking account, telling me what is and is not going on with my checking account taking NO accountability for what transpired, and not returning my money. She then tried to say we put holes in the wall to justify her charging my card. The manager then two days later turned around charged another $250.00 to my debit card. Called my bank, filed fraud charges, and I am pressing charges. The manager absolutely has no business being a manager, it makes me wonder who own this hotel that he hires such trash to represent him. Never again!! If you are going out of town on leisure on a fixed budget, don't stay here you might end up broke before you have a chance to enjoy your vacation. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, but for me customers service where I'm staying trumps anything else, especially when they have access to my bank account. Obviously, you see what happens when you hire cheap labor, you get what you pay for. There are PLENTY of other hotels right in that same area within walking distance from each other. I advise you to stay somewhere else. Uploaded receipt is the picture of the 50.00 CASH deposit they didn't give back either. So all in all $550.00 dollars. Someone must have needed rent money.
