My second stay at Savan Resorts & i must say it was a very wonderful time. the front desk team with Win Somsay & Otto /Team really take care of you from border point into Laos and back to Mukdahan Thailand

No slippers or bath robes, didn't find any hairdryer, although hotel is non-smoking, it's a casino with smokers so late at night still smell stench of cigarettes.

I have had one of the best experiences in this resort. The location is perfect especially if you’re in Laos for visa run purposes. It’s about a 5 minutes drive to savhanaket embassy, about 10 minutes to the Mukdahan border. So for that purpose (Visa run), its location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they offer a free drop off to the border after checking out. Although there are no restaurants in close proximity to the resort, it has nice restaurants inside, a casino and a few coffee shops. I would definitely book this place again. It’s clean, the rooms are big…definitely value for money.

Excellent experience whilst visiting the Thai Embassy. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great place to relax with great food. Thank you to Otto and the team for making a stressful experience very pleasant, and for the extra help with transport, even a free shuttle bus across the border. I'd recommend to anyone looking to relax whilst waiting for their documents, and would definitely visit again 😊.

Service and restaurant was great! but the access is limited! you probably need to take taxi from the bus terminal!

Pour le prix, c’est vraiment incroyable, super de buffet très propre très bon Wi-Fi Service aux chambres, 24 heures sur 24. Très gros dépanneur À la réception

호텔은 5성급이고 가성비 좋으나, 카지노가 메인인 호텔이라 가방검사와 몸수색으로 출입이 불편하고 시내와의 거리가 있어 늘 택시불러야되는 불편함을 감수해야합니다. 결론은 비추입니다.

슥박 샤워 물이 황토색으로 수질 개선 필요 또한 외국인 관련 음식점 부족으로 식당에서 먹기 어려움 있어요

設備が古いのは仕方がないとしてもメンテナンスの悪さが目につきました。カードキーが壊れていた、湯沸かポットのプラグが曲がっていて使えなかった、バスタブの排水溝の栓が壊れていた湯が抜けない、バスタブのガラス戸が閉めにくい、など。
