On the upper floor bedroom (7 m²) with two beds, another bedroom (8 m²) with two beds and one bed in the lobby.

Lakeside sauna (25 m²) with wood-burning sauna stove, fireplace room with sofa bed for two. The lakeside sauna can be used throughout the year, water must be brought by using a bucket in wintertime.

The usage of the hot tub during wintertime must be agreed with the owner separately. Saimaanhelmi is a modern rental villa with stylish decoration in a fantastic location.

The big terrace offers great views over the lake Saimaa, there is also a terrace by the lake. Outdoor cooking can be carried out in both terraces, two gas grills, electric grill pan, charcoal grill, and smoker are available and can be used freely. Electric outboard motor to the boat is also available. A hot tub located on the upper terrace can be rented for an extra fee.

There are good terrains for picking berries and mushrooms nearby, as well as several Salpa Line (bunker line on the eastern border of Finland) destinations.
